Physical description: Short, very short. He looks like he could be your younger brother, around the age of 12. Longish black hair, and red eyes.
He is in the know, obviously;P
He is gifted. and by gifted i mean take the definition of gifted and multiply it by a factor of 10 and you just start to see how gifted his little pinky is.
He can wield seelie magic (one of the two that is not available to players) and mostly uses it through Evocation. Specifically Fire (like any good summer lord would) and a bit of earth.
He answers to the summer mother and, when it suits him, the summer queen. As the future king he believes he does not have to listen to his mother, the queen, and generally doesn't. The Mother is really the only one who can control him.
As with all fey, he can open the ways, cast glamors, and never lies. As the general of summer, he can command her armies and none, not even the mother, can over rule his orders.
He is WAY above your pay grade, so dont try to pick a fight with him. He is here to move the story. Or just do as Dresden does and RUN. He is a literal force of nature, and has no regard for human life. While not evil, it is more that he just does not care what happens when he is having fun.

Personality
Puck is cocky and generally believes he is invincible. He looks like a 12 year old, and acts like one. But don't let that fool you, he is a couple thousand year old killer with one hell of a mean streak. He tells it strait, or at least as strait as the fey generally will, and is is not known to stab you in the back. He is more likely to stab you in the front, smiling and laughing the hole time.
Equipment
The sword of Summer, forged in the fires of the sun itself by the Last King it alone can unleash the white fire of the Forgot.
basic fairy armor, as will all fey it can be pierced by iron
History
He is the prince of summer, and her armies general. After almost causing his mother to marry a donkey he was banished from the kingdom till he could "grow out of his childish arrogant mindset and act as a true fey should". With the disappearance of the mothers he and his brother Jack have returned from exile. He has come to Hawaii since it is the current exit point from the nevernever to the mortal realm from the mothers hut. Due to his exile he was not involved in the war with the red, and has yet to find out that some of his "friends" are now dead.
More to come when i have time, this is suppose to be an example character. I should have him and his brother done and posted by Friday.

HQ is a bland building, crawling with military personnel that are all hurrying about during this time of crisis. No one pays them any attention as they try to rush about with their jobs
if you look under places i added the neutral grounds, so we can start the from their and see were it goes.
ok so the room. it is a pretty basic room, usualy used for reconciliation and meetings such as these. there are two chairs, with the old lady sitting in one of them. their is an old crucifix on one way. oh, and the chairs are made of iron.
