Magic type: Dragon slayer with a twist (element is gas can use different types of gases to his advantage like sleep, sulfur, poison, etc.)

Special: Sleep: covers wide area can decide who is influenced by gas
Death: different types of poisonous gases is released form his body
Cloud: Summons clouds to follow him and they become tangible
How/Why did you join Fairy Tail?: After his father left he was wondering around the world for 8 years then he saw the magic tournament and saw that he like the dragon slayers of fairy tail so he decide to watch over them in secrecy
Goals: no goals just waits until his father show up again

History

History: Jacob Zone is a dragon slayer, but unlike most dragon slayers, he has been with his dragon Thoughtsoul for twenty-three years and he himself is thirty. Thoughtsoul is surprisingly helpful towards non-draconic races also knowledge of draconic history and culture is superb. He lived in an abandoned temple that was enormous and consists entirely of valuable draconic relics. Because his dragon power is the power of persuasion, Jacob element is that of fog that he use mostly to shroud enemies in and strategically take them down. Once Thoughtsoul told Jacob that the dragon king called for dragons to leave he left on a quest to find interesting things. Along his way he adopted a son Tips a Exceed that is brown and wears a top hat and hold a cane even though he flies everywhere he goes.
Info on Tips:
History: After being brought out of Edolas Tips was looking for the lost Exceed when he sensed a strong creature and thinking only an Exceed could be this strong he flew to the creature. Turning out to be a human Tips stalked Jacob for days hiding for him in direct vision. Jacob eventually caught onto Tips and used his sleep gases to capture him. When Tips awoke Jacob was standing over him with one question "What are you". Tips explained and told him about his special Exceed power and said to Jacob lets join up and Jacob agreed.
