Personality: Charles is a very protective individual, yet a loving husband who sacrifices much to keep him and Genevieve safe. On the outside he is practical, and well adapted to the life of a male human adult. He watches sports, works on his favorite '67 Camaro, alway upgrading it and putting a lot of time into it, for it clears his mind, just like any normal human male. He is easy going, and relaxed around others, however he keeps a lot of anger bottled up from his past life before he and Genevieve became Fallen. Regardless, he has an amazingly good grip on himself, and has a great deal of control over his anger. He is generous, and giving; never expecting more out of his exile than what he has in Wichita with Genevieve.

History: Before they were Fallen, Charles was a happy man, with great comrades and a happy lifestyle serving as a high ranking official in the Angelic Armada. All of that ended...and it ended badly and ubruptly. Charles never speaks of why he and Genevieve were cast down from the heavens, but it is very clear that Charles is at fault for what happened. Or so it would seem. Now on Earth, he is determined to start anew, and live a simple life in a simple place. Hes made many hard decisions that have almost left him empty inside, such as forcing Genevieve to give up their kids to orphanages around the country. It is unclear whether or not he regrets the decision... For he does not talk about it either. Hes never been the type to harbor chuildren, not to mention the terms of their descension from heaven being not to breed. Regardless, accidents happen, and he has done what he can, and he has done it for himself and Genevieve, so that they may live in peace.
