Why? What? Where am I? Oh...right, time for tea!”

Weapons: Black wand with gold bead like chains on the end that makes magic, broken tea cup pieces.
Magic: His wand can make an enemy act “crazy” for a couple minutes by running around in circles, smacking themselves with their own weapons and even attacking their teammates. When drinks tea he smashes a cup and puts the broken glass pieces in his pouch. When he is attacking he throws the pieces and uses his magic to make them bigger and sharper.
