Personality

He is a kind hearted young man. He is quite charming and makes friends easily. He has a very mild temperament, and almost never gets angry. He is usually perceived as a suave barterer of sorts, however, he generally tends to stray from bartering and tries to pay full price for items. Whenever he walks into a room, he lights it up with his infectious laugh. He approaches people different than most, he approaches strangers with a deep smile and a quick, but kind, "Hi, How are you?"

However though, when people ask him about his scar, he becomes very defensive and standoffish. He also gets extraordinarily enraged when he see's animals being hurt.

Equipment

He wears a small, rusty, silver gauntlet on his left arm at all times. He is in possession of a PIP-BOY 2000. He wears a small bandanna that covers part of his head and forehead. He wears a short, black leather jacket with the sleeves torn out, under the jacket he wears a white long sleeve shirt and old worn-out blue jeans too.

- An old syringe filled with an unknown purple liquid, given too him by his grandfather just moments before he died and Rourke became a foster child.

History

Rourke was born in Vault 121, somewhere South of Washington. He was only five years old when he saw his grandfather pass away, just before he died, he gave Rourke a syringe of purple fluid from his grandfather, there was a note attached that said "You will know one day what this all means, and then you will be glad I gave you this.". He was put into the care of a foster family in the vault and his foster father abused him and his foster mother for years, until one day when Rourke turned 15, he stood up to his foster father and he cut Rourke's cheek open, Rourke left the vault the very next day. He has been on his own since, and it has hardened him into the man he is today.
