Personality
RUSH's primary mode of living is focused internally, where she deals with things rationally and logically. Her secondary mode is external, where she take things in via her five senses in a literal, concrete fashion. RUSH has a compelling drive to understand the way things work. She's good at logical analysis, and like to use it on practical concerns. Typically having strong powers of reasoning, although she's not interested in theories or concepts unless she can see a practical application. RUSH likes to take things apart and see the way they work.
RUSH has an adventuresome spirit. She is attracted to motorcycles, airplanes, sky diving, surfing, etc. She thrives on action, and is usually fearless. RUSH is fiercely independent, needing to have the space to make her own decisions about their next step. She does not believe in or follow rules and regulations, as this would prohibit her ability to "do her own thing". Her sense of adventure and desire for constant action makes her prone to becoming bored rather quickly. Although she does not respect the rules of the "System", she follows her own rules and guidelines for behavior faithfully. She will not take part in something which violates their personal laws.
RUSH likes and needs to spend time alone, because this is when she can sort things out in their minds most clearly. She absorbs large quantities of impersonal facts from the external world, and sort through those facts, making judgments, when she is alone. RUSH is an action-oriented person. She likes to be up and about, doing things/ She won't sit behind a desk all day and do long-range planning. Adaptable and spontaneous, she responds to what is immediately before her. She usually has strong technical skills, and can be as effective technical leaders.
She does not pay attention to her own feelings, and even distrust them and try to ignore them, because she has difficulty distinguishing between emotional reactions and value judgments. This may be a problem area for her.
When she is over-stressed, she may exhibit rash emotional outbursts of anger, or on the other extreme may be overwhelmed by emotions and feelings which she feels compelled to share with people (often inappropriately). When down on herself she will foray into the world of value judgments - a place which is not natural for the her - and judge herself by the inability to perform some task. RUSH will then approach the task in a grim emotional state, expecting the worst.
But RUSH is excellent in a crisis situations. She's a good athletes, and has very good hand-eye coordination. She is good at following through with a project, and tying up loose ends.

RUSH is both against and with father. She doesn't so much mind the killing as she does having to work with others.
Power
RUSH has the ability to run at superhuman speeds. She can zip around to anywhere in very little time; RUSH's speed does not only manifest itself in her feet, but also in her hands. Indeed, she often uses her speed to steal objects of great worth, and has found that her swiftness makes her a formidable fighter, despite her lack of natural talent in defeating others. RUSH can run so fast that she is even able to leap between buildings. RUSH is apparently immune to potentially harmful side-effects of moving at super speed, such as damage from air friction. She suffers no joint or muscle damage from her high-speed movements, and she apparently feels little or no fatigue even after running intercontinental distances at superhuman speed.
RUSH's ability also allows her to move at normal speed when time is drastically slowed.
RUSH seems to be constantly faster than any person. She had no use of her left leg, which would normally require her to walk with crutches, but her ability somehow negates the symptoms. RUSH can extend her ability to at least two other people, allowing them to move with her at superhuman speed without harm. She can run on anything but air and in space.
Skills
RUSH also wields two Crescent Swords with a blade curving outwards, easy to slash her opponents with as she dashes. She is able to speed up just a single limb, or two, or three, or all of them. Though, as she has learned, moving her legs without pushing her body forwards too, doesn't put her in a very pleasant situation.
Weakness
RUSH is terrified of being caught. Her superspeed isn't always completely under her control, and she can run farther than she means to, or not far enough. She is also so petite and thin-boned, making her an easy target for brute force or hand-to-hand combat. RUSH also isn't excellent with her social skills, and often finds herself yelling at people she probably shouldn't. Though RUSH has great potential to be quite the sweet talker, she chooses to be rude and sharp with her words. If she is not completely focused on her power, anything can go amiss.
Appearance Description
RUSH has short black hair, long enough to cover her ears and her bangs almost cover her eyes. She has a very little body, standing at 5'2" with 115 lbs on her. Thin-boned and light, RUSH's anatomy is similar to a birds, which aids her Super Speed. Her legs are long and skinny, as are her arms. RUSH's eyes are a bright blue, making her look as innocent as a puppy.
History
RUSH lived in a foster home. Or to be specific, her eighth foster home. Even without the use of her leg, she was crazy. Always causing trouble and fights and bloodshed. Few times RUSH was almost sent to jail, but she was luckily kept out of the system. Her parents abandoned her when she was seven years old, her mother being a crackhead and her father a drug-dealer. Recently she learned her mother was in jail and her father was dead, shot at one of his deals.
Crime
RUSH decided her parents had to pay for what they did to her. It was simple enough to get back at her mother, she simply had to get the police to her old home. Her mother was being dragged to jail within the hour. But her father, that was a bit more complicated. When she was a child, he used to touch RUSH, inappropriately. And only when his blood was shed would she be happy. RUSH commissioned two boys to buy off of her father. They were roughly 21/23 years old, and seemed to not mind her plan. When the night came, she perched on the fire escape in the alley they were to meet in. RUSH didn't bother with weapons, she wanted to feel her fathers pain and suffering as she went down. So, once he was in position, she jumped. RUSH hadn't been too far up, and she landed on her target as she reached forward, his head in her heads, and threw herself backwards off of him. The sound of the bones in his neck snapping was the last thing she heard before passing out.
When RUSH woke up, she was in the back of a van, blindfolded and tied up. The boys whom had helped her kill her father were there, or so she guessed. They molested RUSH, rendering her unconscious again. When she came to they had untied her, figuring she was too weak now to be a threat. RUSH split their throats with the knife they had used to cut her beautiful body up. On her left arm, one of the boys had carved the word "RUSH". It was a permanent scar on her body, and it was how she got her name.
Other
RUSH doesn't like boys. Not that she is afraid of them, quite the opposite. If you show any sign of hostility towards her, she will cut you up. Into little, tiny pieces. And feed you to the dogs.
