The man is rather tall and built, as you would expect with any Fighter. He has a finely tuned chest and arms. His legs are powerful instruments for walking, running, or just outright kicking. However, he moves with some amount of fluidity, if not grace. He's balanced, as you would expect a man wielding two swords to be. The man also has a dusty skin tone, and green eyes. Yuri has a handsome and boyish face, free from scars. However, under his shirt there is a long horizontal scar running from shoulder to shoulder and across his chest, from when he fell on his own blade. Also, under his left gauntlet his hand heavily scarred. A testament to the fury under the surface. Before he got the gauntlet and blades, when he would delve into his anger, he would hurt himself trying to punch that which provoked him.
Armor: Yuri does not wear much in the way of armor. Instead, he wears a specially weaved brown vest over a tan shirt with the sleeves ripped off. Leather plates are inserted and sewn in at key points, such as the heart, ribs, and abdomen in order to protect the vital areas from a lucky strike. All of his clothes are loose and allow for maximum movement with minimum weight. The one bit of true metal armor he had is the red steel gauntlet on his left hand. The fingers are fully articulate and are strong enough to stop a sword and has done so in the past.
Weapon: Yuri carries two weapons, one for each hand. Neither carry any magical properties, just that they're absurdly sharp.
First Dragon - Black Katana
Last Flame - Silver Saber
Skills/Magic:
+ Rush - A quick and brutish attack that makes an opponent stumble back.
+ Beatdown - A fierce and relentless series of attacks looking to pummel the opponent into a paste.
+ Air Render - A fierce cut athat slices through the wind on the way to an enemy. Ranged.
Overdrive: Boiling Point
An unpredictable and brutal attack. Yuri loses all control and only instinct, bloodlust, and the desire to fight and win remain. A roar punctuates the loss of crontol and erupts from his throat as he begins his relentless attack, attacking with both swords, tearing at the enemy viciously. A quick succession of various skills and attacks are used, looking to overwhelm and crush the enemy. Afterward, Yuri retains control and returns to normal
Personality: Yuri is a rowdy and loud man, as any indication of his furious tendencies would lead to. However, isn't an average moody, angry, dour fighter. In fact, he's quite cheerful. Almost bubbly, if you could call a six foot two, 215 pound man bubbly. He's not the sharpest knife, but he is clever in his own right, sometimes seen in his jokes. He plays rough, and works hard. He's loyal and trustworthy, it's plainly obvious in his soft green eyes. Most of all, the boy is brave, fearless, and brash, just like you'd expect. The boy is extremely competitive and always likes a good fight. He does have a temper though. A bad temper. He's worked on it so that it won't outright explode on someone and had learned to direct it in fights instead. Indeed, an angry monster lies underneath the surface.
Bio: Yuri doesn't know his real parents as he was adopted as a baby in Kilika before being taken back to the Safe Zone. How he got there or from whom is still a mystery to him and his parents, but they don't dwell on it. Far be it for him to moan and whine over it now, as he's come to see his adoptive parents as his real ones. Doesn't matter if blood isn't involved, they took care of him and watched over him as he grew. He no longer thinks of his biological parents and seems quite aloof about the whole matter. No point in worrying over something as inconsequential as that, right? And grew he did. His father often joked that his biological father must have been a beast of a man as Yuri grew stout as well as tall.
Turns out, such a stout boy could harness such physical prowess. It wasn't like his father was surprised. But what did surprise him was the rage and fury pent up inside the boy. Normally, Yuri was aloof and cheerily, but when pushed into battle, he lost all control and was a monster. After every furious tendency, Yuri always apologized and his father nursed a new wound. "Don't worry about it boy, just keep trying to reign it in. Learn to control it, so it won't control you," He said. In time, Yuri learned to direct his fury, if not outright control it. His father was proud either way that the boy was growing up and becoming stronger.
