Personality

Tseng usually holds himself to a high standard or formality. He addresses anyone he converses with with utmost respect, trying his best to make them feel welcome in his presence and in conversation with him. He has been taking steps to turn the Turks away from the cold-blooded ones as their reputation shows. Lately he has been spending much more time in the office than on the field, trying to recruit new members since Reno, Rude, and Elena retired. Truth be told, he plans to retire with them to Wutai, or visit them soon at the very least. He also can hardly wait to get back onto the field, his Shin-Ra MK-25 Pistol hasn't fired any rounds in a while.

History

Tseng had been wotking for Shin-Ra for many years, years before Cloud and Zack's escape and Sephiroth's betrayal in Nibelheim, through Rufus' uprising, his retirement, Meteorfall, Kadaj and his gang, and Deepground's invasion of Midgar-edge. He and Reeve worked hard together planning New-Midgar, the new Shin-Ra building, and many other important projects within Shin-Ra's revival. He also assisted in the forming of an Elite-of-the-elites SOLDIER group, Class 0, using only the finest of technological enhancements from Shin-Ra's weapons development department, including back-mounted propulsion systems. Not much else is known about the Turks' Director.
