Personality: Esther is a very stressed out person, she always feels like she's on eggshells and has to watch everything she say or does. Her parents have drilled their religion in her head for so long that she feels that it doesn't matter what she does she going to hell. Despite her worrisome nature she is a loving person who can be at times quite motherly, cooking cleaning all the things that she was taught to be expected form a wife and mother. Deep down she wishes that she might be able to break free of her parents and the strict religious boundaries put on her. Still she loves her parents deeply and is dependent on their opinion of her.
History: Esther is the fourth child in a family with six children, her parents are loving to all of them but their religious beliefs set strict boundaries for them all. Esther is not allowed to wear pants, make up, or cut her hair any further then to her shoulders. She does not participate in any sports activities, or anything that is considered by her parents strictly for males. She is expected to make exceptional grades but there are no plans for her to go to college because most girls in their religion marry soon after graduating from high school. Esther was not allowed to date until she was 16, but she has been seeing boy secretly since the eighth grade.
Just a couple of months ago a supposed "sleepover" at her friends house turned into a night at her boyfriends house... a night that will change their lives forever. She doesn't know how he will react or how her parents will react, so right now she is trying to keep it secret until the right time.
