Milan London's Story

Milan had traveled into Neederwing without a problem. The Huntsmen had not been aware of her interaction with the previous ones and she seemed to be in the clear. She gave the Huntsmen her paperwork when asked and kept with the ruse that she was being summoned to sell her potions in this country. She had only heard of Neederwing. She was accepted to the most prestigious school's in all of Kronos which was located in Neederwing. Charles had studied there for a year but their teaching ways and biased way of living disgusted him in such a way that he quit and came back home. Milan did not go because she felt she was better needed at home working in the kitchen and making potions. Her grades in school were impeccable. So much so that she was constantly teased and berated growing up. She had all A's and graduated honors. She started to remember her school days as she thought more about the school here in Neederwing. One time some girls would push her in the mud everyday after school. They tried to cut her braid off but the teacher caught them. Another time they chased her and threw rocks. The boys on the other hand always tried to date her. They would grab her hair and pull her into the bushes but someone always managed to see this and then Charles started to watch her after school. He was a year ahead. One time a boy grabbed Milan's chest after she had filled out. Charles found out and beat the boy to a pulp. They stopped her senior year and it had been about a year and a half since she no longer saw them. Her school was a town over, in a bigger non-tree dwelling town, and most of the kids were local to that town. In Heath, where she was from, there were only five other kids. One was only her age and the others were much younger. So, she didn't have many friends growing up. As a matter of fact, she had no friends growing up until she met Charles when she was only sixteen.

They both wanted to go to school together so she did manage to graduate a year ahead of time. But realizing she had to stay home, Charles went off and told her how the school was. She was glad she did not go although education was the most important thing to her. She had always wanted to be a teacher. But being one of the most famous healers in Heath was just as satisfying. The elf-like girl seemed to be lost in her thoughts for before she knew it she was almost colliding into another person on the road.

"WHOA!" She wailed at the horse and it immediately stopped with a soft neigh. The horse did a small turn and Milan looked down at the man in the road. He was not dressed as a Huntsmen so she was able ease a bit. Still, the last thing she wanted was for him to try and rob her of her horse and belongings.

"Sorry," she said with a serious look in her eyes although her voice was gentle, "I did not see you. Are you all right?"
