Physical Description: Gunnr is clad in a jet-black suit of armor. When going without his helmet, his head has white hair, and he has a small scar over his left eye. He also has a large, black, scaly tail that he doesn’t like to talk about.
Personality: Gunnr is the definition of a knight, willing to lay down his life for honor and defend the weak no matter what the cost. Noble to a fault, Gunnr thinks nothing of self-sacrifice and would descend into hell if that meant he could defend the world from the evil there.
History: Alex and Morbul reincarnate in different bodies throughout time and space. Gunnr was meant to be the next body in line for Morbul, but in the future he comes from, Morbul became truly immortal even after Alex’s death, leaving Gunnr with no purpose in life now that he could not be his father’s host. After an encounter with Redcloak, he devoted his life to be her guardian as she led a charge against the nightmares that plagued their future. Now that he is in the present day, he instead chooses to devote himself to the defense of anyone he can, and prays he never has to confront his father over his life choices…
Equipment: Besides his thick armor, Gunnr mainly fights using a jagged spear.
Abilities: In theory Gunnr can use the magic of his father, but he doesn’t like to – it corrupts his mind.
Other: If Morbul’s body is completely destroyed Gunnr will take on his soul and become evil, so watch out for that.

So begins...
Gunnr's Story

Meanwhile, a short figure clad in a concealing red cloak and another in a suit of armor huddle under a makeshift tent, trying to stay out of the wind. These two are Redcloak and Gunnr, visitors from the future.
"How much longer until the blizzard dies down?" asked Gunnr.
"I'm afraid I can't answer that," answered Redcloak. "I can't predict the future, and if I could we would never have been here in the first place."
"You musn't be so hard on yourself," assured Gunnr. "We couldn't have known-"
"That the latest plan would end in colossal failure." finished Redcloak.
"You need to calm down and look at it more peacefully," said Gunnr. "You know what happens when you get angry and worked up."
"How much longer until the blizzard dies down?" asked Gunnr.
"I'm afraid I can't answer that," answered Redcloak. "I can't predict the future, and if I could we would never have been here in the first place."

"That the latest plan would end in colossal failure." finished Redcloak.

With chattering teeth, Alex continues on, spotting what looks to be a tent in the distance...

Meanwhile, Gunnr takes a quick peak out of the tent, seeing two humanoid figures in the distance, and one Koopa. He pulls out his spear and puts it in front of Redcloak.
"If you're going to be angry," said Gunnr. "Focus your anger on this!"
"Why?"
"There are people out there that need shelter!" shouted Gunnr.
Redcloak says nothing, holding out one hand toward the spear... which suddenly burst into flame. Running out of the tent, Gunnr waves the spear back and forth, aiming to get the attention of the heroes...

With chattering teeth, Alex continues on, spotting what looks to be a tent in the distance...

"(!) There! Let's hurry!" Kaia said, running toward the flame in the distance.
"R-Right!" Andy said, making haste as well.

Alex soon runs up to Gunnr.
"Alexander?" asked Gunnr. "What are you doing here?"
"Long story," said Alex. "Too cold outside!"
"Of course," said Gunnr. "Into the tent, quickly."
Alex and Gunnr head into the tent, where Redcloak looks at the former with great surprise.
"Why are you here?"
"Funny," said Alex. "Your friend just asked the same thing. Now then..."
Whenever Andy and Kaia arrive, Alex launches into an explanation as to why they've come. (Also for whenever they arrive, Andy and Kaia can note the distinct resemblance in body shape between Redcloak and Alex)

"Please let us in! We won't bite, I promise!" Kaia added.
After they came in and Alex filled Redcloak and Gunnr in on what's going on...
"I see..." Kaia said, brushing her wings. "Bad news first?"
Andy couldn't help but notice the similarity in shape between Alex and Redcloak...

"The bad news is that Zero probably has your sword piece," said Redcloak. "And is not likely to give it up."
"And... the good news?" asked Alex.
"The good news is that we were just at his lair," said Redcloak. "And can take you back there. Though whether or not you'd want to go is another matter entirely."

Andy committed Redcloak's appearance to memory. It's then that the growl was heard.
"..." Andy was quiet for a moment before cheering: "Finally! Snow monsters!"
"Oh dear..." Kaia groaned. "He'll want to see the monsters before the sword piece now..."

Andy's unspoken wish is granted as three snow-white wolves leap out of the blizzard and land around the group.
"Winter wolves?" asked Gunnr. "I suppose they think we're intruding. Mayhap a show of force is in order?"

"...These aren't monsters..." Andy said dejectedly while weaving the Hand of Fate into a big hammer.
"Oh dear...Is this really necessary?" Kaia asked, getting Mr. Buttons up and going just in case.

One of the winter wolves leaps straight for Alex, but Gunnr moves in the way and bats it aside with his spear, keeping it pointed at that wolf. The other two leap for Andy and Kaia, while Redcloak holds one hand out... and doesn't appear to be doing much else.

"Well, okay. Still rather fight a monster..." Andy cast forth Holy Wind, holding the incoming wolf in a mini-twister. Kaia called down a Crescent Beam from above, blasting down lunar energy.
The first wolf caught in the tornado flails about wildly, trying to break free, while the second is floored by the lunar energy. The third, the one Gunnr previously attacked, tries again... and is blasted back by some invisible force.
"I could have dealt with that," said Gunnr.
"Of course you could," said Redcloak. "But this is an easier solution."
As the wolf gets up, he snarls at the group... before suddenly whimpering and fleeing back into the blizzard. The second wolf pushes himself up and follows, while the first is... busy.

"Hm...? Oh! Uh...ehehe, right." Andy dismissed the Holy Wind, dropping the wolf back down (about four inches). Kaia just leered to the wolf in a way that a scolding mother would to a bad child.

This wolf follows the others.
"Great job, team!" said Alex. "Way to get rid of those... monsters?"

Redcloak and Gunnr resumed leading the way to Zero's lair.

The group soon arrives at an icy cave, with stalactites and stalagmites arranged to look like large, jagged teeth. There are openings between the teeth large enough to pass through relatively easily.
"You came back!" said a voice from within. "By all means, come in. I've missed you."
"Wait..." asked Alex. "Came back? You mean-"
"We were here less than an hour ago," said Redcloak. "And barely escaped intact. Let's hope you weren't going to try for the stealthy approach."
"I have a bad feeling about this," said Gunnr. "Stay close."
Gunnr squeezed his way inside, followed by Redcloak and a wary Alex.
"Did you... not want to come back?" asked Alex, half to himself. "Then why did you bring us?"
OOC: I tried just plain old Light Blue for Zero's text and it was hard as hell to read.

As our heroes pass the icy "teeth" of the cave mouth, they come across several beings frozen in ice so thick it's hard to tell what their original shape was. Sitting in the middle of them on a throne made of ice is a humanoid being covered in ice and crystal, chuckling.
"Come into my parlor, said the spider to the fly," said the frozen man. "And it appears these good little flies have brought some more."
"Wait, what?" asked Alex.
"I'm sorry," said Redcloak. "We were threatened. The only way we could get out of the deal was-"
"To lure others here," said the frozen man. "To take your place in my little gallery."
