Physical Description: He has a two-toned orange and yellow hair with a lightning shaped bang on his forehead. He has orange eyes, just like his mother. He also wears a red hoodie with the Heavy's emblem on his chest, and wears tan short pants. He wears yellow socks and blue sneakers.
Personality: Koseki is somewhat a spoiled child and wants to do things his own way. He is mostly stubborn and always get into serious trouble. Not only that, he's easily agitated by almost everything, including his younger sister Hana.
History: Koseki's origin is no different than any child. Five days after his birthday, Koseki's and Hana's parents were mysteriously killed. Presumably it was either a serial killer or somebody who was jealous at them. Feeling forced to move in to Solum City with his sister Hana, he feels that he is homesick and wants return to his old home to hang out with his friends. One day, he and Hana discovered a spellbook that granted him and Hana new powers dubbing them as the Children of the Weather. Koseki received the power of electricity, while Hana received the power of nature. With electricity, Koseki will use it to solve puzzles and defeat his enemies.
Equipment: Electric magic. He can launch electric orbs at his enemies, and can create a magnetic shield that will repel almost everything.
