Then came a short haired girl with an ahoge, who just arrived at Tracgam University. She seems to be a returning student. Theodore resumes his notice regardless of her arrival.
"As I was saying, you can expect new roommates coming over to live with you."

"Oh, no, Saionji-san! Principal Bundowski was just saying that there are some new students this year."
"New students?! That's great!" Sekai smiled, "It's great to meet new friends. Hope they're good like last time."
"Look, I love to talk with you two, but I'm going to my dorm room right now. Bye!"

"I also assigned you two for your own dorm rooms as well. I hope you won't mind new roommates living in with you two because they will be coming to the university soon."

"Of course," Kotonoha said, giving a polite bow. "Well, I'll see you tomorrow, Sekai~" And so she headed off to her dorm.
The setting changes from Tracgam University to Dormitory - West
Sekai arrives in Room W05. He noticed that Ekiyu and Zenmei haven't returned to Tracgam University, so she gives them a call with her cellphone.
"Oh. Hi there, Sekai...I'm just paying a visit to Zenmei this morning. You...heard about what happened, right?"
"...He was shot through the head. Some punk sniper...he... {tries not to cry} ...he threw Zen into a coma...!"
"WHAT?! That's horrible!" She cried, "Why would the sniper do that?! Oh no-- poor Zenmei... I really hope he's not going to die. I just hope.."
"I... {takes a deep breath} I don't know why they did it...but if they think...that I'm gonna just let it go, then so help me - !!"
