Alex, being outside, can't hear any of that and just stands watching the EXP Loaders explode.
"WHO ELSE WANTS SOME?" he shouted.

Andy was near the screen to watch it, though. Here's his thoughts:
"Yyyyyeah, I kinda had a part in bustin' them, but whatever."
Then comes the kingpin's first line. "What a moron...Crave revenge, and it eats you up like you're a nice, tender bearclaw." That said, he scarfs down the rest of his bearclaw.
And then the timer comes on. "2 minutes - ? {calls outside} Hey Alex! Uh...the briefcase is ticking down form 2 minutes!"
"Yyyyyeah, I kinda had a part in bustin' them, but whatever."

Alex runs back inside, grabs the briefcase, and runs out, looking for a good place to dispose of it. He then sees the first GUN Loader he attacked; not exploded, and still with a hole on it. Running for the GUN Loader, Alex tosses the briefcase inside it and runs like hell.

Alex, panting, heads back inside. After a few seconds, he looks at Andy.
"That could have gone better," said Alex.

"Uh...huh..." Andy replied, wide-eyed and shaking. After getting a deep breath, Andy stood up and, shaping his Hand of Fate into a spiral cone shape, started directing a gentle Holy Wind (the mini-twister) around to put out the fire from the Loader fight.
"So, uh...anyhow...What exactly did you do to make that Coke-chugging bumpkin hate you so much?"

"I don't know, but whoever he is, he's crazy," said Alex. "Crazier than anyone else who'd want to kill me, I mean. And crazier than the video might make him look. What I'm getting at is that he's crazy."
By now, Andy has put out all the fire.
"Uh-huh...So what's with this Chamber of Anarchy, anyhow? I think I may have heard something about it, but I doubt it..."

Alex pulls out a sheet of paper and scribbles something down. He then shows what he wrote to Andy.

"Immortal anarchist. Incredible resistance to injury," said Alex. "Even though he's sealed away most cities have their own emergency protocols for if he's free and nearby. They range from 'piss your pants and run' to 'kill yourself before he can'. He is, simply put, the worst-case scenario."
Alex puts the paper away and starts packing the things he brought to the coffee shop.
"I'm retired from the business because there's been a massive spike in the number of superhumans who can do my job better than I can," continued Alex. "There is exactly one situation I am the only one able and qualified to handle, and that would be if he gets loose. The good news is that the Chamber is so well-defended that it would take several miracles to get him free. I'm not taking that chance."

"This is my problem," said Alex. "I've got to see it through to the end. You were angry after coming back from that trap in Big Cha-Ching. If you don't want to go through more like that, and possibly worse, in my little crusade against the Black Platoon, then by all means you can go back home."
"Nuh-uh! Before, I didn't know they were hellbent on releasing a total demon," Andy rebutted. "Maybe I can't do anything to Morbul...but I CAN distract his soon-to-be entourage! {closes his eyes} Folks like me...it's hard for us to ignore these kinds of things, whether we want to or not."
Alex smiles.
"I like your spirit, kid," said Alex. "Come on. We've got to go visit a shrine, then see a demon I really don't want to and pick up some things from him."
With that, Alex runs for the ferry station.

Once Andy gets on the ferry, it takes off for Hellborne Valley, home of the Chamber of Anarchy...

A dragon suddenly lands at Solum City's port, transforming into Terrus, shortly before Duma arrives next to him, tired after having run across open ocean.
Ripsaw soon arrives as well, trailing a bit of smoke from his exhaust port as he floats down next to Terrus and Duma, scanning his surroundings in curiosity in the meantime.
Various passersby scan Ripsaw, Terrus, and Duma in curiosity. This is not something they see every day.
"I don't see him around here," said Terrus.

"Perhapsss he is farrrther within the city?" Ripsaw queried, staring back at the citizens with his single eye. "Orrr, ssseeing as he lives here, we might be able to find sssome sssorrrt of clue to wherrre he went, at his rrresssidence."

He keeps looking for a bit before Duma nudges him.
"Oh, you mean we should GO there to look for a clue!" said Terrus.
Terrus heads off towards Alex's home, followed by Duma. He was a good boy and made sure to shut and lock the gate outside before heading out, so luckily there haven't been any burglaries that would remove vital clues.
He keeps looking for a bit before Duma nudges him.

Terrus heads off towards Alex's home, followed by Duma. He was a good boy and made sure to shut and lock the gate outside before heading out, so luckily there haven't been any burglaries that would remove vital clues.
"Fancy place," Ripsaw said to no one in particular, staring at Alex's home for a little bit, before he turns to the locked gate. "Locked, though.. Let me sssee if I can't.."
As he mumbles, several tiny robot arms extend out of Ripsaw and begins fiddling with the lock, testing its durability and seeing if it can be picked. In retrospect, they could probably just leap or fly over the gate, but then again Ripsaw isn't usually hindered by moral consequences, whether for better or worse.

The lock is incredibly durable but comparitively easy to pick. It was probably chosen because it looked and felt incredibly sturdy, rather than for its actual capability as a lock.
Ripsaw proceeds to pick the lock and, once done with that, pushes open the gate, withdrawing his tiny robot arms as it swings open.
"Afterrr you," Ripsaw said to Terrus and Duma, politely floating out of their way.

Terrus and Duma head into Alex's house, the former unlocking the front door with his spare key. Why didn't he use that key on the lock at the gate? Reasons. Anyway, inside the house, it's pretty much like Alex left it, except the computer has turned itself off to save electricity, leaving only the blinking light that indicates it's in sleep mode. Terrus opens up the computer and, as it turns back on, reads the blog about the Black Platoon.
"Whoever wrote this has several problems with us," said Terrus.
