Rixator Falmona's Story

Kage sat in the hull of his commanding air ship, he had a large fleet at his back and he was going to use it the right way. It would be a while untill they get out of lightwake territory so Kage went to his air ship suite. Suddenly a young boy ran in and kneeled. "My king.. i - i- There is a call for you, seems like its from the hemmingways." Kage smiled. "Well, Let the call through then!" kage said with enthusiasm. He went to his command room where the big holographic screen was, once there the boy clicked a few buttons and the call was through. Kage spoke loudly and clearly.
"Greetings"


Meanwhile... Myria was getting irritated that no one was answering the calls. A large airship stood in-front of theirs, and they were busy worrying about some reporters. Myria got annoyed. "Fire a flare, right up in the air" the man nodded and shot the flare above the airship.

Reiko saw the woman struggle, "Well if thats the order you've been given" she said as she looked at her, "Wait..." she said. Meanwhile over where Mitei was, she had risen from her chair and turned to the door, "I'm gonna go get my sister" she said as she walked out seeing a Demon-like human run by, "What the...?" she asked as she gave chase.

Rixator blinked a few times as the woman struggled, shifting his gaze skyward once a flare came into his sight. Parting his hanging bangs and looking up, he followed the smoke trail down to about where it came from. Walking forward, he passed off the woman to Reiko without word before leaning onto the railing, narrowing his eyes to get a better look. "What in the name of...?"

She kept on struggling, attempting to kick Rixator's face with her foot and hitting the back of his head with her elbows while being passed to Reiko...

In the corner of the deck, near the entrance to enter the airship, the mini leviathan is sleeping soundless. Unaware of what is happening.

Rixator shifted and carefully avoided Aya's flailing attempts to break his grasp. He was gradually getting more and more irritated with the reporter, and the presence of the coming airship did nothing to help this growing agitation. The mercernary glanced to Reiko, to the dying flare, the airship, Reiko, then back to the airship. This wasn't good, since he didn't know if they were friendly or not. Rixator spoke into his communicator, patching into the team's airship P.A. system. "All crew and team, an unknown airship is on approach. I repeat, an unknown airship is on approach. Be ready to take up arms and fight."

Mitei lost her grip on Aya, "Get back here!" she yelped as she chased Aya. She was still ticked at her and had charged a lightning spell as she chased. Over where Reiko was with Raxitor and she saw the airship and its flare, "What is that doing there?" she asked quietly as she looked at the airship. She stood there for a second, "I'm going to go find Mitei." she said as she ran off. Mitei had heard the announcement by Raxitor as was unsure what to do other than chase Aya since she's a bigger threat, soon she found Reiko whom looked shocked at the other Aya, "How are you over here?!" Reiko yelped as she and Mitei chased the reporter.

When Rixator passed the fake Aya to Reiko, Reiko did not receive her. She quickly got loose from Rixator's hands and ran away in to the airship.

Gabe and Bella finally reached the deck. The fake Aya and Reiko passed them but they had other important matter to attend to. There was a news helicopter on the deck and a flare shining up the sky. Quickly, they ran beside Rixator and watched the Lightwake's ship.

"I don't think they are here to fight, Rixator" Gabe said while leaning on the railing of the airship and paused for a second before he continued "Lightwake has been a friend of Avory for a long time. they must have heard about our search for the gods and goddesses" He explained before running to the nearest airship's P.A system board.

"Lightwake's Cavalry. You may board our ship" Gabe voice echoed from the airship's speaker when he spoke through the P.A system.

Meanwhile, downstairs, The real Aya was running away from Mitei and had stumbled across the other Aya along with Reiko. The real Aya free ranup the walls to the ceiling and grabbed the fake Aya's hand, pulling her up to the ceiling. They both hung there for a second before sprinting along the ceiling towards the door leading back to the upper deck.

Myria was relived that she got answer from the Avory ship. "About time." she said while letting out a sigh. "Prepare to board!" she yelled into the microphone, the operators and crew ran around in havoc trying to set up for boarding. Myria's ship boarded the side of the large scale Avory ship, the doors opened and Myria walked across the bridge towards the other bridge. She was stopped by a few guards asking questions. "Ugh i don't have time for this, I request to talk to your captain." she said.

"Actually there isn't any captain. The airship is on AI" Gabe explained and paused for a second before speaking once more "You are Myria, one of Lightwake's general, aren't you?" He questioned

Gabe looked at the one Lightwake's airship and two carriers beside their airship that Myria mentioned. While the Avory airship they were on was a mobile home, Gabe could see that the Lightwake's are meant for battle. Gabe and Bella started their quest hoping to find the gods and goddesses in peace with only some battle from hostile animals and the usual pirates but now that the whole world knows of their quest, danger may arise from mostly everywhere. The children of Venash may attack them, more pirates may come to rob them, curious people would come just to see, more reporters would arise to ask questions. The small army that Lightwake has presented them would be useful but it would be hard to hide with large quantity of creature and air-vehicles around them. Navigation of the airship would be difficult. Gabe ruffled his hair and sighs.

"Well Bella, what do you think?" He asked Bella.

Bella switched her gaze from Myria to Gabe. She shook her head knowing not what to do and a little panicked. That was when a flash of soft blue and white light shined in the middle of the deck. When the flash dimmed and fade, two large sized glowing women appeared, hovering in mid air. One of them had glowing blonde haired and wore a white dress which was glowing softly while the other had hair that kept changing color and wore too little clothing. It was Hikari, the goddess of Light and Undine, the goddess of water. Hikari had a serious face on while Undine had a friendly smile.

"Greetings" Hikari spoke while she descended down to the floor of the airship's deck.

Reiko nodded to Undine as a hello and Mitei just looked away to not get involved, she had not much say on this type of stuff to her, Reiko did since she soul-bonded with Undine. Reiko stepped up next to Mitei clutching her arm, she hated to say, but Reiko depended on Mitei since Reiko's ability is more passive and defensive than Mitei's high calibur offensive black magic, and her judgment bolt isn't something to laugh at. Mitei looked over at Reiko and just stood there looking at the others. Waiting for the communication to start.

Myria's eyes opened in disbelief, the two goddesses of water and light stood in-front of her. Myria immidiatly resumed formal position and bowed, with her hand firmly on the hilt of her blade she had never met a goddess, this was her first time. " To you as-well " she said formally. "My name is Myria, I'm the high commander of Lightwakes army, but you already know that i presume." she focused on the goddesses in-front of her, "What you may not know is that I am here to assist you on your mission."

Rixator paused, shifting and pulling a cloth from under his shirt, getting it tied around his neck and lower face like a concealing scarf. Even if they were being friendly, he didn't know them, and he didn't feel comfortable showing his face to those he does not know. Rixator kept quiet for the most part, except to introduce himself. The mercernary kept his arms folded, shifting and fidgeting a bit. He didn't even pay any mind to the appearance of the goddesses. He remembered the reporter and paused, stepping back and away. "Exscuse me for a moment...I have a possible intel leak to eliminate. If you see dark sand drifting about, pay it no mind..." The male stepped back into the airship.

Rixator didn't feel like socializing, and he was fed up. The reporter either left the ship and kept her mouth shut, he'd force her to never say a word...Or, in worst case scenario, he'd kill her. "Dark Sands Technique...Flooding Desert..." He muttered, bringing his arms up and over, waves of black sand flowing from his sash and scarf before he brought his arms down and forward, the sands cascading ahead, on the ground, walls, and in the air. He was going to find her. And gods help him if she doesn't force him to get innocent blood on his hands. There was a part of him though that was nagging at him, saying to just get rid of her, that she wouldn't be missed. He'd had thoughts like that on past jobs, but he could suppress them easily. So why were they so loud now...?

Both the Ayas was hiding by blending in a different location on floor of the airship. The others didn't seem to notice them but the pilot in the news helicopter seemed to be ignored. When they escaped from Mitei and Reiko, they managed to plant some invisible cameras on the deck and corridor of the airship.

"Bert, make sure you record everything" Aya said through her communicator while her eyes focused on the conversation.

"Watch out! Dark Sand coming from the entrance of the airship!" Bert's voice warned

One of the Aya looked up to see that the dark sand was showering down on her. It was too late for her to escape from the sands. She could only wonder what the sands will do to her, but not the other Aya. The other Aya managed to move instantly to one of the Lightwake's airship and concealed herself as one of Lightwake's soldier.

Just like Rixator instructed, Gabe, Bella, Hikari, and Undine payed no attention to his dark sands.

Gabe placed a hand on his chest and bowed slightly at the goddesses. He stayed there motionless as a sign of respect.

Bella looked up at Hikari then to Undine. A smile appeared on her face, relieved.

Hikari walked forward and placed a hand on Bella's head then to Gabe's shoulders. "Just be casual, everyone" She spoke with a smile. Gabe started to relax and stood normally. Once again, Hikari shined and changed into a normal sized person.

Undine's body became transparent and became water that hovered. She swirled down to the floor and solidified to the size that Hikari changed to before she walked over to Reiko and Mitei. She smiled at the two warmly before turning to watch Myria and Hikari without saying a word.

"So the rumour is true. The quest to search for the gods and goddesses have been revealed to the world..." Hikari muttered with a frown. "Well Myria, if the words of this quest has spread, then Bella and the others will certainly need your help. Bahamut and Venash's sons and daughters are certainly going to come for Bella. When that time comes, hopefully, you can protect them..."

Hikari turned around to Reiko and Mitei

"Reiko, Mitei... Undine has told me about you" She said and walked towards Reiko "like Bella, you should be able to sense the other gods and goddesses better than anyone else in Daughtris. Because of that, you will have to go on your own separate quest to search for Shiva near Lightwake to quicken the accomplishment of this quest" She paused for a second "will you do that, Reiko? Mitei?" She asked the twins girls.

A twisted and maniacal grin creased Rixator's hidden lips, eyes widening. "Found you..." The words in his head were shouting and whispering, urging him on. "Kill...Crush...Persecute...Eradicate...Kill...Eliminate...Destroy...Kill her....KILL...." He couldn't control himself, lifting an outstretched hand as the flowing and engulfing sands surrounded the captured Aya. "Heeheee...Heheheh...! Dark Sand technique...! Desert Burial..."The sands would surround the Aya and engulf her in a sort of claustrophobic grip, like she was a rag being squeezed. But that was only the beginning of the move. The words continued as Rixator ground his teeth, grinning and cackling as he stood. "Crush...Kill...Eradicate...Destroy...Engulf...Kill...Desecrate...KILL...." What Rixator and the others may not have known, was that there was something in the mercenary, a sort of seed. A seed of destruction.

Mitei noticed the dark sand coming onto the airship and was particularly confused (she wasn't paying attention to Rixator), for one, why is there sand coming onto the ship. And second, how the hell is it defying gravity, she then realized during the fight with the griffin that Gen had sent to attack her, Rixator controlled sand, Dark Sand at this point she knew, Rixator had found the reporter, she bowed, "Excuse me for a minute" she said as she walked off and as soon as she was out of sight of the others, was running, she followed the sand going to Rixator. Soon, she found him and the reporter, "Hey!" she yelled as her hand started to show a heavy static charge of what she is seeing, "What the hell do you think you are doing?!" she yelled as she proceeded forward with caution. Meanwhile Reiko nodded to the Goddess, "that does seem faster since we have two people whom sense the gods and goddesses." she said as she thought about it, "But just Mitei and I aren't enough, we'll need another to assist us since our physical abilities are few and far between." she looked back ti see if Mitei is around, yet, she isn't, she was confused by this, what threat did Mitei sense that Reiko can't?

Myria smiled at the group. She bowed and spoke assertively "I thank you." She turned to her pilot but suddenly realized that she hasn't asked for permission yet. She turned back to the group " mind if we dock? You're ship is large enough to hold my two carriers and battleship, as for living space the carriers have rooms for my soldiers but do you mind If the battleship crew living on ship? The air gets crummy and there isn't much to do without exhaustin fuel." She smiled while waiting for a reply.

"uh? I... umm..." Bella was getting disoriented. She was not good in making decisions which made her turned to Gabe

Gabe smiled at Bella and placed a hand on her back "I'll handle this, princess" He said to her before turning to Myria.

"I think that shouldn't be a problem. We have lots of available free space in the airship because currently, there are only six of us here living" He paused for a second to catch his breath and continued "but talking about fuel, we need to depart to Great Tree City, Clearwood's metropolis, to recharge our airship's energy stone. We have been hovering here for more than a day now. We shall be depart as soon as your airships are docked"

Reiko and Hikari was still having a discussion about separating them from the group for their own search. Hikari looked around at the people on the airship to see whether there were some volunteers but was shocked to see dark sands squeezing a horned girl. The reporter screamed in pain, her bones breaking. Everyone could hear the scream and suddenly, she exploded to thin air, leaving only her clothing. Rixator was nearby and Mitei was moving closer to him, muttering somethings.

Bella moved backwards in fear while watching Rixator's dark sands. She almost fell before Gabe caught her from the back. "I've got you, princess"

It angered Hikari speechless to see an attempt of murder happening where she was. In a blink of an eye, Hikari created a prison of light pillars around Rixator which radiated binding energy which would stop him from moving or doing anything other than speak.

"give me a reason not to end you, right now..." Hikari said, clenching her teeth as she walks towards Rixator with her fist gripped tight

Undine looked away and payed no attention. She knew how killing an innocents would anger Hikari.

Concealed as a soldier of Lightwake, the real Aya was a little frightened. She did not thought that a person in the princess's group would attempt to end someone's life just for trying to get the current news for the world"

Rixator looked to Hikari, tinges of sickly crimson in his eyes. The once vibrant glow of experience and charisma had been dulled to something akin to insanity and madness. Something had a hold on Rixator, but he never knew it. "I've got plenty of reasons, oh Goddess of Light...But, ponder me this Hikari..." The mercernary tilted his head as best as he could, the dark sand swirling around the prison; the sands seemed like they were trying to desperately reach their master, but the sheer light energy repelled them.

"Do you fear it? Dark energy? The power that acts as the polar point to your light energy? A balance must be kept between light and dark..." The Afukiran cackled a bit, a slight distortion in his voice now. "A balance that can be easily tipped in the eyes of a god or goddess, if, say...A certain clan learned to harness the dark energy natural to their homeland...If such a powerful group were to arise that could throw off the balance, well, they very well would have to be eliminated, wouldn't they?"

Mitei stepped up the static from her hand increasing, Mitei was growing more angered, "Harnessing dark energy has it's vices as well" she said stepping towards Rixator closer, "Take it from someone whom was basically forced to harness it, it slowly corrupts your mind, and soon you'll attempt to kill every living thing." Mitei knew this, she wasn't ready to let another fall to the darkness, "Remember at Amara, we lost an ally because of that" she said as Reiko started to approach Mitei to attempt to stop her, "And lets not forget the Griffin, you let the dark consume you, and all you do..." Mitei paused out of grief, "is destroy..." Mitei looked down and to the side, "I know we need to balance the Light and the Dark, but what are you to do with the destruction..." she questioned under her breath, the static receded for a little until the snapping of bones repeating through her head flared her up again, "So if you want to kill an innocent person. Then expect me to retaliate for them!" she yelled as her Judgement Bolt had finished an overload charge. She prepared for an attack.
