Tyrone is generally reserved to himself and those close to him. He doesn't understand many of Earth's customs (more in backstory) and does and says things many of his peers find, to put it mildly, odd. He faces the realities of situations most of the time unless he is caught up in such a scenario. He can stay cool-headed in a few arguments, but that list isn't very long. There are several things others say (especially "Your Mom" jokes) that will immediately let that temper fly. Whoever set him off will be lucky to get away with a black eye. For those less fortunate, they have the ER to look forward to. He does whatever is in the best interest for his family, friends, and himself. He took up boxing, so when he fights, he uses his fists to strike much more than his feet and usually dodges without any acrobatics unless he absolutely has to.
Tyrone doesn't usually have equipment, but he packs a revolver or double-barrel shotgun whenever necessary.
Tyrone is half-human. The other half is a race of anthropomorphic foxes called Argonians, inhabitants of the planet Argonia, named because those who discovered it detected large amounts of argon, which they cleared before allowing anyone to travel there. His father, Byron, is an Argonian who disguised himself as a human and traveled to Earth. He fell in love with a human girl, Loraine, and married her. They had two children of which Tyrone is second to his older sister, Madison, three years older. When Tyrone was 4, his father's secret was revealed, and he took Tyrone and left for Argonia. There, Byron raised his son alone. It wasn't until Tyrone was 8 that they discovered his powers. He was about to train his son to control his abilities when soldiers under the regime of Hadrian, the planet's dictator, captured Byron and left Tyrone in the streets. He wandered for months before a boxing trainer, Nathan Walsh, found him. When Nathan tried to take Tyrone home, there was still nobody there. Nathan took Tyrone and taught him a couple of self-defense techniques, but then he saw the boy become human, and he saw nobody would take him in once they knew about that. Nathan and his wife, Katherine, discussed the matter and took the boy in as a son. They raised him, taught him, cared for him, and Nathan molded Tyrone to box. When Tyrone was 14, he decided he would return to his mother on Earth. With everything set in place, it seemed he would have no problem getting back to his birth home. However, soldiers came by, killed Nathan, and tried to seize Tyrone. Tyrone struggled, and in a rage, used his power to wipe them out. He got onto a rocket, hit the hyperspace button, and took off. The crash made him forget about his powers, but every painful memory remained. He found his mother 10 days after the crash. She denied it was her son until he showed her a distinctive scar he got before he left Earth. His mother welcomed him back and arranged for him to enroll in high school a month later. He was completely clueless about Earth's way of life and stuck fairly close to his sister except that he decided to take up amateur boxing, primarily to fight in the Golden Gloves national tournament. He rediscovered his powers one day during biology class when he noticed a black spot on his hand. He went to the restroom, couldn't wash it off, and watched the black spot grow. It covered his arm, which turned half black and half red. He was totally shocked and flipped out, wondering what was going on with him. When the transformation was complete, he took one look in the mirror, and it all came back to him. He waited until he was in human form again to go back out. Though he recalled training to control his power, it had been too long before, so at this point, he is working to gaining control again. He does have encounters with Hadrian's soldiers, Earth criminals, and various archenemies.
