Description: Scarlett is a tall, slender woman standing at 5ft 9 and weighing in at a light 115lbs, it is no secret that she is a very beautiful woman, her long very light blonde hair, creamy complexion, high and prominent cheek bones and large blue almost cat like eyes have warranted her much attention with men in her years. She carry's herself tall with a air of grace, making her seem not very intimidating yet don't let her beauty and elegance fool you, like many other poor souls in the past, for she is what you could only describe as one hell of a fiery temper. As an admirer of beauty Scarlett always looks immaculate.


MENTALITY
Quirks: For some bizarre reason Scarlett can't say 'milk' she pronounces it 'melk' she has done this ever since she learnt to talk and it at times infuriates her but she physically can't bring herself to say. She also has a very bad case of Involuntary expression disorder, where basically she laughs at inappropriate situations, which she just so happened to discover at her grandmothers funeral, where instead of tears, she was in hysterics.
Fears: Spiders are her biggest fear, one time she wouldn't sleep in her room for two weeks as there was a spider crawlin' around somewhere.
Likes: Ever since she was little she has been a keen horse rider and often spends time down at her stables or out riding in the country. Due to her privileged lifestyle Scarlett has grown very accustomed to trivial possessions and likes the finer things in life. She is also a great admirer of music, her favourite style being jazz but she has a diverse taste, except Rap, rap music can go die. She also has a passion for vintage cars, she likes to read about them and surpringly work on them.
Dislikes: Did I mention Rap music? She also hates these men who wear there trousers half way down their ass, she finds herself on a daily basis resisting the urge to go and yank them up.
Personality: Scarlett is a very mentally strong person, she doesn't like things to get her down and so doesn't let it, she is aware that this can come across as cold at times but she believes you should never judge a book by its cover. She is the kind of person who puts other peoples needs before her own and is often there to hand out good advice yet at times needs to listen to herself. Scarlett has lead a very comfortable life compared to other people, being the daughter of a very influential and wealthy business tycoon and this has made her slightly dependent on trivial possessions. Despite some peoples beliefs she is genuinely a kind and loving person willing to help out anyone who is in distress or needs help and has an eagerness to please, this has often lead her in the past being taken advantage of by men and friends alike, the experience has left her slightly hollow not wanting to portray her emotions as shes drilled into her brain that they are weaknesses. Despite these negative traits she is extremely loyal, caring, loving, strong and independent, she doesn't like to be not in control of a situation and to many people's surprise actually quite humorous. She is also extremely charming, loves to have a good time and flirtacious, however sometimes she doesn't even realise shes doing it much to the amusment of her friends.

Skills:

• Agility: Due to extensive gymnastic training as a child, Scarlett is extremely flexible and athletic which could come in handy in her new career.
  
• Level headed: She is able to keep a level head in almost any situation, she doesn't panic and is able to think logically to help them out of the situation
  
• Ambitious: Scarlett is very ambitious and eager to prove herself, therefor always works to the best of her ability

Weaknesses:

• Stubbornness: Scarlett is extremely stubborn, she hates to be proved wrong and this can lead to arguments.
  
• Temper: She has one hell of a temper and can often become vicious when this flares up.

Powers: Telekinesis: The ability to move objects at a distance by mental power or other nonphysical means. Her power is a very strong and highly dangerous one and she often find she has some side affects from it such as nose bleeds and headaches. She can move objects by focusing on them, when she develops them she should be able to move things without as much thought or a wave of her hand.
