Bio: This young man has come to Hakasen Academy under the alias 'Kaz Shoto' at the behest of the Prime Minister's Office. Outwardly, he appears to be an average student set on graduating. In reality however, he is a Corporal in the Japan Self-Defense Force. He is to be the eyes and ears of the Japanese government into the newly discovered realm of mythical beings. His mission is to asess the threat level of juvenile vampires and demons. A complete history has been fabricated for him, and birth records altered. So deep is his cover that even the headmaster has not been informed of his mission.

Personality: A stand-up guy who doesn't mind getting friendly with the students around him; human or not. He regrets the constant deception, but has accepted it as a necessary function of the times.

Other: He keeps a cache of military contraband deep in the woods, including a secure radio linked directly to the JSDF department of defense. He carries no weapons on his person, but has a hidden Type 64 assault rifle buried in the moon garden. If he ever needs that kind of firepower, the mission is a scrub anyway.
