In the hidden woods

She considered Lance's offer. That sounds like a good idea. Can you enchant a piece of crystalized Ice? she asked her head tilted to the side. Mmm I can smell the food. Let's hurry.

Brandr didn’t know anything about feng shui or zen rock gardens. In fact, he didn’t know anything about gardening at all (it’s not a skill one gets much practice with in a land of fire). So when Brandr entered the forest to find a new home for the boulder, he simply plopped it onto the ground with a casual thud at the first available spot where it didn’t look like it would be in anyone’s way.

It was then that Brandr noticed a few flowers scattered about the forest floor, growing wherever they could get enough sunlight that filtered through the forest canopy. To Brandr flowers were just another odd-looking plant, but he remembered that humans viewed flowers as a symbol for many different things. While he couldn’t quite place his finger on what exactly they were supposed to symbolize, he recalled that people who visit a sick person often give the gift of flowers. I might as well bring some along, since it might cheer her up, He thought as he bent down and began collecting them, trying to pick at least one flower of each type he could find and unable to distinguish flowers from flowering weeds.

Once Brandr had what he judged to be enough flowers, he turned around and made his way back to the Academy. Meandering through the Academy’s hallways and retracing his steps a few times, Brandr managed to locate the clinic. Careful not to cause too much of a disturbance, he opened the door and said, “Excuse me, can I come in? I just wanted to see how the injured girl was doing.” With a bit of a pause, he also added, “I brought some flowers.”

Lance considered what Ouka said. I think I can enchant a shard of crystallized ice. It shouldn't be too difficult. Lance lifted his snout, sniffing the scent of food. His stomach rumbled in hunger. that food smells really good. Let's go eat, and then I can enchant you an amulet after, if you want.Lance began to let his nose lead him to the source of the scent.

Kevin soon got tired of practicing and headed back to the academy, It should be lunch right about now, ha, like I could eat anything now, Kevin ran back to the academy and started walking to the cafeteria, following the smell.

Kevin saw Ouka gesture to come with them "Sure, I'll walk with you guys, I probably won't eat anything though" Kevin walked beside Ouka as they went to the cafeteria.

A woosh was heard near the forest entrance. It was quiet for a few moments when suddenly, a white and purple blur whooshed by the group. It stopped a few feet away, then turned and headed back to the group. It turned out to be a small ghost, with a cute smile on its face.

"hiya!"

Lance raised his head and perked his ears at a sudden whooshing sound. he didn't see anything at first. That's strange, he said to Ouka, I thought i heard something... He turned around and a white and purple specter was floating right in front of him. "hiya!", spoke the ghost with a smile. Lance stood there with a look of bewilderment on his wolfish face. " Um, I'm sorry. You caught me off guard there for a moment." he growled. " Are you a new student? we are heading to lunch right now. Your free to join us if you wish." He wondered what the ghost would think of him being a talking werewolf.

Kalin jumps at the ghost flying near her. "Eep!" She says. "Oh, sorry, I was surprised. "My name is Kalin. What's your name?" Kalin asks the little ghost. "You do speak, yes?"

The little ghost's smile grew, and she nodded "Sure! while I don't need food, I can eat it for the taste!." She started hovering around Lance's head. Realizing her behavior was rather strange to some, she decided to clarify her actions. "Sorry if you consider this weird. I have always had a random interest in werewolves. Don't ask me why. Maybe because they are fuzzy"

Ouka tilted her head alittle to the side at the sight of the ghost. Well it wasn't the first time she saw one but it always surprised her. She almost growled at the 'fuzzy' comment. However she let it pass and said nothing. She looked over at the the place they were at. The smell was coming from Sarah's room and it made her stomach growl. Ouka led the group to the door and pushed it with her nose. I hope the food didn't get cold. she growled in wolfspeak. Professor, we are here finally. She padded into the room and gestured for the group to follow. She held the door open for everyone to enter.
