| Personality |
Blanche is a little naive, very trusting, and can be unaware of herself at times.
Blanche is initially cautious. She is extremely graceful, and usually plays the role of follower with her older sister. Although she's normally patient, sometimes it all gets too much and when Blanche snaps no one wants to be in her way.
Annie rarely pays attention to what Blanche has to say, but she can sometimes come out of left field with a streak of genius that can help them find their way out of sticky situations.
Blanche loves to spy on the newcomers to the household. Since she knows they can’t see her, she usually likes to stay against the wall, or if she’s feeling bold, she’ll sit on the couch with them. Her sister says they need to scare them off right away or else the bad spirits will get them, but she likes to play for a bit first.

| History |
Blanche was always her mother's baby. When Annie would be out in the fields reading or riding, Blanche would be helping her mother in the kitchen or cleaning the rest of the house. Her mother and she were very close, certainly closer than Blanche was with her sister. When Annie got married, Blanche could tell that Annie wasn't happy, but there wasn't much she could do. As Annie grew apart from the family for those few short years, Blanche grew up. Her body changed, her personality changed, and before she knew it she was twenty one and Annie had just had her first child. Then, it was time for Blanche to get married. Blanche's fiancee was a nice man. He was kind and funny, and Blanche did grow to love him. But, just before their wedding, Annie's son passed away, and Blanche called it off so she could be with her sister. Not that it helped, since Annie retreated into her mind for most of the aftermath. Blanche was the one who found her, on the floor with a bullet in her own head. Blanche screamed and screamed until her mother and father came running. It wasn't long after that Blanche made the decision to hang herself in the barn on her family's property. Ever since then, she's been following her sister, and protecting the newcomers from whatever presence was lodged inside her childhood home.
