An Anuran with a military past, now that the army has been dispersed, he has very little to do with himself.
Noed views Anuran as a more advanced race than humans and has a βhigher-than-thouβ attitude with most people who are not Anuran. It takes a lot in order to get him to respect you, but once he does, he will do anything he can to protect them. Noed takes most everything seriously and it is hard to get him to laugh and joke around.
Noed always has his military issued lance and small buckler that he wears on his left arm. Other than that, he carries only that which he needs.
Noed grew up in an Anuran city, Lozad. Like all male Anurans, he was drafted into the military at 15 and was an officer in the army until he was defeated in battle. After his defeat, the enemy continued onto Lozad, ransacking the city and killing most of the citizens. Noed was too ashamed of his loss to go back home. So, he went to the nearest human city, one of the few places that most all races are accepted, Raygin. There, he joined the military and ended up very high in the ranks. However, when the king was overthrown, he was at a loss at what to do. All of his experience was with war and now there suddenly was none. He has been living off of the money that he earned from being an officer, but he wasn't sure how much longer it would last, until he suddenly got a letter from the Tribunal, asking him for his help.
