This RP takes place after Guards of Raygin. Crime in the city is at an all time low, but relationships with an old rival are failing. Plunas, a vital trading city on the coast, has been raising all of its tariffs, making it harder for Raygin to buy imported goods and to sell exported goods. It is suspected that it has something to do with Plunas being ruled by a relative of the old king of Raygin, who is probably mad that Raygin just recently had a violent overthrowing of the king, and instated a new democratic government, ruled by a Tribunal made up of 10 elected officials. The Tribunal has sent out letters to renowned heroes in Raygin, to help solve this problem.

Our story begins as our heroes are leaving the city. They have received a very good amount of gold to help them on their trip and they have been promised more once they have finished their task. The heroes do not know each other very well, as they were just introduced to each other by the Tribunal a few days earlier. They are meeting at the south gate of the city, to the road that leads to Grinsot.
