Personality: Hot headed and quick to start a fight. late nights have given him a weary appearance. He has a romanticized view of honor and chivalry, making him seem rather naive at times. When chasing a 'bad guy' he seems like a different person, vicious and spiteful.

History
[color=#800000]History: Jeff, having been abandoned as a baby, has been passed from one foster home to the next until he was old enough to take care of himself. He works during the day as a pencil pusher at the local police station, but is unable to be a real cop due to a one time screw up. At night he indulges his fantasies of being a real cop by playing vigilante on the city streets. When He's not playing super hero, he sits in his apartment and watches old movies on his couch.
