Telekinetic Aura
The telekinetic auras form four telekinetic arms that generate from the hostâs body. The arms can reach fifteen meters from the individual with a strength considered to be incalculable and also assumed to be invincible. The telekinetic hands themselves are oversized and can protect the host fully from one side when all four hands are focused in one direction. Also, the appendages are completely invisible except when particles land on the construct, such as water or other substances, but the construct can dissolve and then reemerge from the host.
However, other telekinetic forces seem to have more influence in combating the telekinetic aura, even though it is far superior to any single telekinetic user, it is theorized that multiple telekinetic users would be able to suppress the limbs; or if an equal telekinetic mass can be compressed to form the same consistency of the telekinetic aura. Then again, since the constructs have never been tested to their limits it is uncertain how powerful they truly are. Nevertheless, even though the aura maintains a continual and constant source of strength and durability, the aura can become dangerous to the wielder as the energy from any source is transferred to the telekinetic auras as well as the host. And even though the aura can absorb a shocking amount of energy, it isnât eliminated. For example, if a car collides with the individual and it is stopped with the telekinetic arms, the individual will be pushed backward by the force of car as a result.
Physical Invisibility
Dawnâs physical invisibility only distorts the area around him so it is somewhat noticeable and isnât too difficult to recognize an outline. But when he remains in place and doesnât move he is near invisible and most wouldnât be able notice him, especially in public. Then again, during nighttime or in low lighting, he becomes increasingly challenging to spot even if he is running.
Psychic Invisibility
On the other hand, his psychic invisibility has him virtually invisible to telepaths or any other sort of mental attack that does not directly focus on Dawn. So if he is in a crowd his thoughts and presence will go unnoticed until someone concentrates on him. This in effect has Dawn blend even more into large groups as he isnât immediately identified as someone who can block telepathic powers. Also, it is extremely difficult to perceive that he has this ability as it creates an illusion that he has no mental defense. Yet, if he is alone and a telepath doesnât notice him by his other senses, he isnât perceived. Thus, this is how someone can identify his ability when he is then observed by the recipient.

Dawn is a somewhat private person as a result of his situation with the law and the media. Over time it has become rather inherent in his interactions with others due to his need for secrecy the last few years. Therefore, many of the relationships with Dawn seem to be superficial without any real intimacy, and when the barrier is crossed, he responses with emotional distance as a way protect his past and hide his abilities which put strains on any relationship he had. Thus, he has maintained isolation to a certain degree and has only continued connections with others out of necessity and survival.
Still, when Dawn was younger he was pleasant and polite, as well as displayed genuine sincerity for others. As such, many found Dawn witty and clever due to his good humor, but his multiple instances where he has killed others(and in his mind, murdered), his personality has hardened to be more pessimistic, and difficulty maintaining his own mental stability. Outwardly this has manifested in a general apathy for others, and has him more critical of situations where he doesnât see the need to help others when it doesnât apply to him, or when he wonât gain anything from it. Also, he interacts with stern and straight forward responses instead of conveying an easy going manner; he is mostly serious with sarcastic dark humor which is more of a critique or critical in nature than humorous. However, his past tenderness does surface at particular times and will show it in small acts of kindness, but he usually does it anonymously, or disregards any recognition.
Rupture
While Dawn was seventeen and attending high school he was approached by five individuals on campus and a fight broke out for an unknown reason. The only other witnesses stated that they left to find help when Dawn fell on the floor and was being kicked. But when the witness returned with others, there were only pieces left over from the five attackers with their blood covering the surrounding area.
After, Dawn disappeared to wander throughout the United States. Without any idea what happened to Dawn, his parents and the authorities put in a missing person report. And when the effects of the Project Genome became public knowledge, in addition to three separate cases with similar gruesome deaths reported in Boston, the FBI declared Dawn as extremely dangerous and efforts were doubled to locate him.
At the age of nineteen, he was spotted at a coffee house at a Virginia University reading a book. An hour later a SWAT team stormed the restaurant. Startled, his telekinetic aura decapitated an officer. As a result he was fired upon and Dawn defended himself. However, since he has little control of his telekinesis, he killed six more officers and three bystanders before the building collapsed. Later, reports surfaced that he was trading housing accommodations and education at the University in exchange for research by three known professors studying his abilities.
It wasnât until the age of twenty one when members of House of Sanctum with help from the FBI, and others with supernatural abilities, did they finally find Dawn living in Settle inside a small apartment above a pool hall. They approached Dawn cautiously, but after they explained that they will help him with his powers, and his problem with the law, he decided to go with them.
