When it's dark outside, and you're not where you're supposed to be the feeling of fear can become panic in an instant. Sometimes is obvious, sometimes it's covered up by lack of know-how, either way, you become frightened. In some people's cases, it could be for a different reason. The panic could be so horrible being locked in a cage. So miserable. When you're tortured, it becomes more hopelessness than anything else. Your body grows to react to some things rather than others and when the cage door shuts and the lights are turned off, you shiver in fear of what is to come next.


This is what was to become of a few different people. They where tested on, experimented on until the scientists that performed on them where through. They where now creatures of myth. A fawn was created. Half human, half deer. After that, other animals where named and created and born into the world. All with the mind of a human. The cages shut and opened constantly. They, however, where people-sized cages. Enough room for an elephant inside of them. They had no human luxuries, though. None accept water and food in dishes on the floor. The creatures where put through shock tests, pain tests and they where studied with the most advanced technologies known to man. Until, the creature's you call centaurs grew restless and annoyed. They pranced in their cages and stormed all about until finally, with the right strength, the metal bars collapsed and the animals poured out. They trampled scientists and men with guns and when all was clear, they unlocked the cages of the other animals. The last out was the one female fawn. The animals flew, ran and rode their way out of the lab and straight into the streets. They cleared guards and fences and escaped all together. Now, they are living in the Woods of Willow. They live behind Willow Falls (waterfalls) and live peacefully accept for the all to common attacks from the scientists trying to get them back into the laboratories for testing and the common human sightings of the creature people.


All that is left for the creatures to do is survive, accept many are curious as to what the human world is like today and attempt venturing off. Those are the animals that are caught and taken back to the labs for testing, questioning and punishment.
