Alex was laying on the couch in the back room of the venue, throwing a hackey sack up in the air. He started singing the lyrics to I feel like dancin. He was wondering where is bandmates were when he heard someone open the door and Jack ran in with a burrito in his hand. "I JUST WANT TO..." Alex stopped throwing the hackey sack, he knew immediately what he was going to say. "Don't you dare assault that burrito, Jack Bassam Barakat." Jack looked at him and put down the burrito. "Geesh, full name? That's harsh." He laughed lightly and looked at Alex. Alex grinned and looked Jack up and down, biting his lip. Recently, Alex had been feeling differently around Jack but he couldn't figure out what exactly he was feeling. "ALEXANDER WILLIAM. Quit checking me out, dude. It's freaking me out." Alex laughed and stuck his tongue out at Jack. "What's bothering you bro?" Jack looked at Alex.

He bit down hard on his lip, getting lost in thought. “Alexander William Gaskarth,” muttered his best friend looking at him, tapping his foot impatiently. “Er... nothing dude, I'm just tired Jackalope.” Jack grinned like an idiot when Alex used his favorite nickname. “Lex. I know something is bothering you. What's up?” He took your hand in his and squeezed it lightly. “You know you can tell me anything Lex, even if you think it's stupid. Please tell me?” Jack looked straight into Alex's eyes, as if he was trying to read what he was thinking.

"You're hair looks fine, it always does." Alex giggled. Alex always thought Jack was highly attractive, but now he felt comfortable admitting it to him. The flipping feeling in his stomach returned. He bit his lip as he looked Jack up and down. "He's so god damn hot." Alex thought. "Oh yeah. thanks for helping me with my jeans." Alex blushed. "Time for sound check guys!" Rian yelled through the door. "Hurry the fuck up guys, let's go!" Zack yelled shortly after him. "I guess it's time to go Barakat ." Alex kissed Jack again, then Alex opened the door to leave, holding it open for you.

He grinned and blushed. "Lexxxx, you made me blush." He whined and took your hand in his. "You're welcome, babe." He giggled. "Jesus, Merrick. Take a chill pill why don't you?" Called Jack as they walked through the door. Jack instinctively tugged his hand out of Alex's grip and ran up to Zack. "Seriously though, Zack. Chill, man." Zack just sighed and shook his head. "Why is your face so red, Jack?" He bit down on his lip.. "er, well.. Lex was just bringing up embarrassing stories of me again." He laughed lightly. He didn't want Zack and Rian to get any idea of what was going on between him and Alex. They walked together into the venue and Jack jumped on Zack's back. "Prince Barakat wants a ride." He giggled, grinning like an idiot.

Alex sped up to catch up with the guys. "Let's do this guys." Alex said. Alex got up to the mic, "Alright guys, let's run through'I Feel Like Dancin'. Alex began to sing, and remembered what he was singing in the venue's back room and smiled. The other guys stopped playing. "Alex. Uh, why are you smiling, and why did you end the song?" Zack snapped. "Huh? Oh sorry." Alex replied. The boys finished the sound check flawlessly. "Okay guys, we got like an hour before the show starts." Alex walked back tot he room with an irritated face. "Jack, why did you ignore me the whole time? I felt like when I went to say something all you did was nod. Not even a single dick joke was made!"

Jack played guitar flawlessly during soundcheck. He was trying so hard to act like there was nothing going on that he was basically ignoring Alex. He figured that Alex would probably call him out on it later. He sighed when Alex confronted him about it. He hated being the reason for Alex being upset. "I'm sorry Lex. I didn't want the guys to know that anything was going on. I was trying to act as normal as possible. I didn't mean to ignore you. I'm sorry, you know I love you." He wrapped his arms around you and kissed your forehead. "I don't want you to get upset with me, it will just end up making me upset." He brushed your hair behind your ear and looked into your eyes. "I'm really sorry okay? I just didn't know how I was supposed to act around Zack and Rian.

"I forgive you Jack, but seriously. Just act normal. If that's possible, loser..." Alex stuck his tongue out at Jack then smiled.He knew he couldn't be mad at jack for too long, he was just too damn cute. Alex immediately kissed Jack on the cheek. "Now, what to do... We only have 45 minutes before the show." Alex giggled and smiled at Jack.

He wanted him so badly, just thinking about it caused him to get hard. "You know... forty five minutes gives us just enough time to..." He grinned and tugged on your belt. Alex removed your shirt and began to undo your belt really quick. "Jack, why must you pull your belt so tight? Sheesh! I just want you, and it's hard to get you if I can't even get your pants off." Alex finally undid his belt, then he proceeded to unbutton/unzip Jack's pants and pull them down. They both stood their in their underwear. Alex kissed Jack passionately. "I love you, Jack." he mumbled as he put his hands down Jack's underwear once more. "Hopefully they'll be no interruptions this time..." Alex said as he paused for a moment to breathe. They went back to kissing, when Alex started to remove Jack's underwear.

He walked over to the door and locked it before returning to Alex's side. "God, Lex. Stop being so attractive... I can't take my eyes off you." Jack's phone vibrated but he ignored it, nothing was important right now except Alex. "I love you too babe." He whispered, kissing you passionately. He ran his tongue across your bottom lip, begging for entrance.

Jack bit down hard on his lip as he listened to Alex talk to Lisa. Jack couldn't handle it, he just wanted Alex to himself. Tears started streaming down his face and he turned away from Alex not wanting him to see. He couldn't be like this in front of Alex he went out of the room and into the back where the bunks were and broke down. He started sobbing uncontrollably. He climbed onto his bunk and curled into a ball, sobbing. He wanted to be with Alex more than anything, he didn't want Alex to not know what he wanted. But he knew that Alex loved Lisa too, and he understood that he was upset about cheating on her. He kept sobbing uncontrollably, not able to stop himself.

Alex found Jack in his bunk. "Jack...? I love you, I really do. This is kinda hard. I love Lisa first, and I don't wanna hurt her. But I'm going to use the Johnny Depp philosophy here. "If you love two people at the same time, chose the second, because if you had really loved the first, you wouldn't have fallen for the second." You are my second here, and I love you. So, Barakat. I choose you!" Alex giggled at his dorky Pokemon reference. He hoped jack would accept his choice and they could continue their love. He wanted Jack more than anything. "Jack, I'm sorry." He bent over and kissed your forehead hoping it would help.

Jack listened to Alex as he spoke, the tears still streaming down his face. He moved closer to Alex and wrapped his arms around him, holding him close as he cried. He felt safe in Alex's arms and he never wanted him to let go. He knew that Alex was the person that he wanted to be with for forever. But he was still really upset that Alex had even second guessed his feelings for Jack. He had basically compared him to Lisa and he didn't like the idea of that at all, it gave him an awful feeling in the pit of his stomach. He loved Alex, but he hated that he was capable of second guessing his feelings toward Jack. He didn't ever want to lose Alex.

"I promise I'll never leave you. I'll even end it with Lisa." Alex tried to sound reassuring, but it came out with a little hint of worry. "I'll do anything for you Jack." Alex began to cry as he felt like Jack deserved more than an apology. Alex curled up next to Jack in his bunk and kissed his forehead. Alex just cuddled Jack as Alex cried. "I'll never do that again. I promise." He just wanted Jack. Right now. he wanted him to feel like he was always there for him. Alex picked up his phone and dialed Lisa. "Hello. Yeah, I'm fine. Lisa. We need to talk. I feel like we're not working. I feel like things aren't just the same. I love you Lisa, but this is goodbye." Alex hung up before Lisa could respond. "See Jack. I told you I would break it off." Alex's tried to sound reassuring again, but he still had that little quiver in his voice that made all the difference.

Jack held tightly onto Alex, crying even harder something about the tone of his voice when he tried to reassure him didn't sound right. It sounded almost like he was worried like he wouldn't be able to leave Lisa. He wondered what would happen when Lisa tried to get Alex back, she always did. There was never a time when Alex broke it off with Lisa that she didn't come running back after a few days. "So... what? I only get you for a few days until she comes running back? Is that it Alex? You're just going to break my heart and run back to her whenever she wants you back? I don't want that. I want you. I love you more than anything Alex, but I don't want to be your little thing on the side while you're going back and forth with Lisa. I'm sorry. I love you but, I can't go through with that. And if you're going to try and reassure me then you should actually believe the words that you're saying instead of just saying what you think will make me feel better." Jack was really annoyed at Alex now, as comfortable as he felt in his arms he just wanted to get away some time to think. He pulled himself out of Alex's embrace and grabbed some clothes and threw them on before fixing his hair. "I'm not dealing with this Gaskarth, I just can't. Until you decide what you want to do... don't bother with me. I can't deal with you breaking my heart..." He mumbled and angrily stomped off.

Alex kissed Jack's forehead once more and rubbed his fingers through his hair. "You get me, and my heart forever. I swear. Rian called from the door. "Guys, stage in 20!" Alex groaned and replied with "Okay! Be there in a bit." Alex was so worried how he was gonna play tonight. All this pressure, he didn't know what to do. "Jack, can we please make this better. We have a show in 20 minutes. I wanna know if we're okay. I wanna know if you love me like I love you. I wanna be calm. I just want all this stress to go away." Alex began to cry again, as he pulled Jack in for a hug and started to run his fingers through his hair.

He sighed and rubbed Alex's back instinctively when he started crying. Hearing Alex cry only made Jack cry even harder. "I don't know how we're going to manage keeping this a secret, Lex. But I'm sure that if the fans find out, they'll go nuts and it will create a whole lot of negative press about the band. I mean unless we came out as gay or something... But still society isn't really all that accepting of gay people. They make it out like they are but they really are just tolerating it. And you should know that I love you like you love me, Alex. Otherwise I wouldn't be feeling all of these intense emotions right now. I wouldn't have got upset and angry about your whole deal with Lisa. Because to me, we are not just a thing I want to be with you, I love you so much, Alex. But, right now I just need a minute to sort everything out in my head, if that's okay." He mumbled pulling away from Alex slightly. "But please, cheer up bud. It's killing me to see you like this and knowing that I'm the cause of it all only makes it worse." He kissed Alex's cheek before walking off the bus to get some air. He really hoped that it was noticeable that he had just been crying in case he ran into Zack or Rian because he wouldn't really know how to go about explaining himself.

Alex wiped his face and checked the mirror to see if anyone could notice. He walked up to jack and replied quickly before walking off. "Jack. I know what people think of gay people, and it breaks my heart. I'm gonna go and take a breath on my own now. Alex walked off and bumped into Zack. "Hey, I was getting ready to get you guys. It's time to go on stage." Alex was about to cry again. "Yeah man, I'm coming. jack is over there." Zack nodded as he turned. "Alex." "Yeah!" Alex replied. Zack walked up to Alex. Jack bit down hard on his lip, and sighed. He thought he had came to his limit for crying but apparently not because the tears started streaming down his face again. "Shit." He mumbled under his breath as he saw Zack walking towards him. "Jack! Dude, it's time to head on... Are you crying?" Jack didn't know how to respond so he nodded slowly. "Is everything okay? Did you and Alex get in a fight or something?" Jack thought for a moment before shaking his head. "Just... a bit of a disagreement. But, I think things are okay now. Something he said must have just hit a nerve or something." Zack sighed and wrapped his arms around Jack and rubbed his back gently. "It's okay dude. Everything will work itself out even if it doesn't seem like it will right now." That was a rather insightful comment for Zack to say considering Jack hadn't actually told him what was going on. Did Zack find out how he feels about Alex? He shook his head clearing his thoughts before wiping his eyes. "Thanks, Zack. I'm going to go patch things up with Alex before we head on stage, alright? We'll just be a few minutes." Jack walked off in search of Alex. "Lex?!" He called, looking around for Alex.

Alex began to walk backstage so they could go on in a few minutes. "Hey man!" Rian called. Rian saw Alex's face and asked him, "What's wrong man?" Alex just nodded and replied "Oh, nothing. me n Jack just had a little disagreement." Rain hugged Alex real quick. "It's all good man. All of us always work things out." Rian let go quickly as he went to retrieve his drum sticks. All four of them were together when Alex announced "Let's do this guys. We got this." "And now what you've all been waiting for... All Time Low!" The crowd went insane as the boys played the intro song for them to get on stage. They played the show flawlessly and amazing, with many dick jokes and dancing. Alex caught Jack after the show and tugged on his arm. "You okay Jack? I jsut wanna know if you're better from earlier." Alex smiled as he awaited Jack's reply.

Jack tried his best to keep his cool during the show, he didn't want any of the fans to know that he was feeling down. He put on a smile and concentrated on playing his best for the huge crowd. He had this feeling of a lump in his throat that he couldn't get rid of, he figured it was from how upset he had been earlier. Jack looked over at Alex when he felt him tug on his arm. He stood there for a moment before wrapping his arms around Alex and pulling him into a hug. "Yeah, I'm feeling better, thanks." He kissed Alex's cheek and smiled at him, looking into his eyes. "Are you feeling better, Lex? By the way, you sounded fucking amazing tonight. You kicked ass." He grinned at Alex and kissed his forehead. "Has Lisa called you questioning about why you broke it off yet?" The sound of her name almost made Jack break down again but he was able to hold himself together.

Alex smiled hoping Jack wouldn't be as mad at him. He knew Jack loved him, but could sense he was pretty apprehensive. "No word from Lisa, and to be honest Jack. I don't care. I still have you. Come here you sexy ass motherfucker!" Alex exclaimed as he pulled Jack in for a hug. He just knew if he gave jack a lil time, and they forgot about Lisa, things would be fine. "Jack, just forget her. She's not coming back." Alex smiled completely reassuringly this time. He knew in his heart Jack was right for him.

He was still a little bit annoyed with Alex because of things that had happened earlier but, he knew that he wanted Alex. He was scared that Lisa would come out of nowhere and try to get Alex back. But Alex sounded very sincere this time around and it reassured him some. "Lex, I want to be yours." He smiled and pecked your lips. "I don't care what anyone else thinks... even if the guys aren't okay with it..." He sighed, biting his lip. He just wanted to be with Alex, that was all he had ever wanted. The last thing he wanted was for Lisa to get in the way. "Alex...." Jack turned around to see Lisa standing there looking at the two of them. "Seriously, Lisa?" Jack mumbled and walked off. "Alex... what the hell is going on?" Asked Lisa.

She came up here on her own accord to ask me what's wrong. I just told her what I said on the phone. Look, she's leaving now. I'm not gonna take her back. Ever." Alex kissed Jack on the forehead to be reassuring. Alex turned as Lisa walked away. "Bye bitch!" yelled Alex. He only called her a bitch to assure Jack thigs would be the way they wanted. Alex smacked Jack's ass as he started to say "Hit the showers. No seriously, you smell bad Jack. I mean, I know I'm not a summer flower, but you... Ew." Alex stuck out his tongue to show he was just kidding as they went to the showers.
