Foresight
Eddie is charismatic, fun, and enthusiastic. The way he holds himself immediate attracts attention to him naturally. Dawn has a strong will and a stubborn personality; he will do what he believes is right against all odds.
Dressed in black suit attire, Eddie has his official agent badge, his gun, and notebook. However, what sets him apart from other agents is his ESP ability:
Eddie is capable of foresight. This ability is not perfected however. Currently, Eddie is only capable of a "slight feeling" as to what the future holds. He doesn't have a complete accurate grasp of the future, but goes by his "instinct" or his "gut feeling." In moments of concentration, Eddie is capable of seeing some distance into the future, ranging from 5 minutes to years in the future (although the vision of years into the future only occurred once.) His in-field training was designed to strengthen his ability to find the "Dark One" before the time of the prophecy comes.
Eddie had a normal life in New York. As a kid, he had hardships and had good times. Like most elementary schools, there were tests. Tests in math, tests in english, tests in psychic abilities. Eddie, unlike everyone else his school, was born gifted. Tests concluded he had the power to predict the future; he had the ability of foresight. Growing up, his ability was not refined. Sometimes he would be able to see the future clearly allowing him to avoid school beatings. Other times he would walk right into one thinking he'd be safe. Timing the future was extremely difficult.
Timing got easier in high school, but still inaccurate. It wasn't until his first year in college when the government took notice. An organization called the U.P.A., with their magic words promised to help refine his ability, something Eddie greatly wanted. In turn, Eddie would have to go through intense training and would have to agree to use his gift for "the greater good."
That was a year ago, now, Eddie is still unable to command his power, but it has progressed to the point of practical use which is why the organization has finally let Dawn go into the field for more on-hand experience.
Outside the classroom and into the world.
