Appearance: Peter is of average height. He has fair skin and copper hair. His features are speckled lightly with freckles. Peter is charmingly boyish. (babyface, little muscle tone, generally adorable,. etc..) His shoulders rest in a slight hunch and his lips usually rest in an attractive scowl. He has sharp gray eyes as well and shadowed eyelids, (resulted from the radiation storm that affected his sight like Eleanor)

Personality

Despite his innocent looks, Peter is quite haughty and arrogant. He is sarcastic, charming, proud and has a surprisingly gentle voice. He knows what he wants and is very determined. Peter is smug and would be the perfect adversary to any hero or heroine, mind his deep rooted flaw. Peter is afflicted by love (for family, friends, humanity, a certain girl..) In all reality, love causes Peter many downfalls. His faccade falls away only to those who have earned his heart. Peter can be quite vunerable, though sometimes he reveals his heart to the wrong people.

History

Raised in The Manor- what used to be an ancient church, Peter Barnet was taught everything there was to know about politics. The Barnet and the Edwards families had been feuding for many, many decades. The conflict was as old as time. Every election, an Edwards would win and become Mayor. Only once in history had a Barnet ever been elected to office. Brought up with a jealous, bitter attidude towards all Edwards, young Peter could not believe himself after he befriended the slightly older Eleanor. It was by mistake that he found her about to wander out of the Community Gates and into the Glass Forest alone. The poor, small girl would surely have died, had he not taken her away. She was only 9, and he was 8. They became close friends. Peter only discovered her family ties when she revealed to him, her golden broach encrusted with the Edwards Family Crest a handfull of months later. He then showed her his silver pocketwatch with the name Barnet engraved on the back. They traded keepsakes to promise lifelong friendship. However, he eventually developed an attraction towards her. When the radiation strom hit, Peter had been planning on revealing his feelings to Eleanor. He never got the chance. After the storm, he stumbled into the airport where he found Eleanor lying motionless inside. Thinking the worst, he ran away. He knew his genes were altered, that he was now a mutant. He knew he would no longer be allowed to live in The Community, so he waitied in the woods until nightfall. Peter gathered his things, and left. Eventually he made his way to the RAD COMMUNITY, where he has lived since then.

Jessica quickly yet quietly walked to her room. She slipped up the wooden stairs up to the second floor. She avoided the creeks in the floor boards as she walked to the third door to the left. She opened the door slowly so it wouldn't make a sound as she heard the boy 'Peter' talking, his voice was ecoing threw the halls. She heard Franky from the room beside her groan loudly and the sound of the bed as he resituated himself. Franky has a very cool power which gives him the abbility to shoot lasers threw his eyes. The down side is the awfull headaches and no one is dumb enough to interupt him and his midday nap. Or so everyone Jessica thought. She closed the door behind her without making a sound. The room was simple yet eligant. It had wooden floors, walls, and celling like the rest of the cabin. There were two dressers and a bed in the middle of the room which is situatted agenst the wall. Its big enough to fit two and a half people. Jessica looked the door behind her and walked over to the bed. She layed down streaching ontop of the bed sheets and drowned out the sound of his voice, falling asleep for the rest of the evening.

Jessica stirres. No light reached within the room so it must be twilight. Jessica didn't want to leave the confines of her bed. It had already taken so long to find the perfect possition to lay in and the last thing she wanted to do was to get up. The sheets at the temputure she wanted them to be and the peacfulness of it all. She was having an amazing dream. She was in the forest, the sun on her olive skin once again. The grass beneth her bare feet. Paradise. She slowly started to wake up though Jessica tried to linger onto the dream which slowly turned into a daydream. If it wasn't for that damn tickle in her throat it would have been a lovely night. Against her better wishes she caughed. She then rolled over, not going back to sleep but back into the deepths of her imgination. Just a while longer before I get up. Jessica thought.

Jessica was seething. Red clouded her vision. This boy was asking for it. Oh how he was beginning for it. Jessica has lived here for years. Yes her sleeping schedule was different then most others. Taking naps during the day and staying awake most of the day. She admitted maybe that was why she probably never noticed him, though that didn't give him the right to say so things. The reason why she stayed in the dark was to give everyone privacy. She wouldn't want anyone knowing about her past so why would anyone want her to about theirs? She was friends with the others. They have been here for about the same amount of time as she. Frank was the one who helped her the most. The others, besides Roger being a new member, respected Jessica and had actually thanked her for giving them their privacy. Then this boy comes in and questions her? How dare he!?

Before jessica could move a hand wrapped around her fore arm.

"What in the world is going on in here?" Fank demanded.

"Ok," Frank started. "I know what the problem is, though its the matter of how we fix it." Frank looks between the two and warned them to not speek.
"We must fix this sleeping arangment. We can't waist the rooms we have, who knows when new reccruts will come in." Frank loomks at Peter, longer then the first time.

Jessica's smug smile seemed to only grow bigger. Frank has always been on her side. If she had any intrest with being invulved with anything that delt with the Community she would be Franks secound in command. She would odviously win.
