In an Alternate universe where Cole McGrath Doesn't Exist, a few random people who have little to no relation to eachother have been hit by a blast of the RaySphere.
They have obtained abilities far beyond their imagination: Abilities that could be used for Good, Or Evil.
Only one thing is clear: There's trouble on the streets, for everyone. Thugs raping and mugging, the Militia trying to crack down on metahumans, and the occaisional mutant making its way to the streets and tearing things up.

Kelli, somehow using that many blasts at once, cleaned herself dry of all water, now basically leaving her defenceless. "So you are Mister Redfall, honor to meet you, but i dont really know what i want, but i can be a help to you. But i think i want to join you, also, i know locations of other people with powers in this city." Kelli said as she went to take a step closer to Heiris, but being blocked by one of his men. "Also, you seem pretty cool and even though you are hated by many, i am one that doesnt hate. But only hate the good of this city, which i know you are going to get rid of. So what do you say?" She said as she took a step back, not wanting to take chances with these guys. Kelli then thought of the others, eh, with them gone, and her joining Heiris, she can, up to a degree, be forever powerful, and being feared by many.

Drake stopped thinking feeling something deep in his gut. He didn't know what the hell this was, the only thinghe could do was scream in pain. This pain was horrible, it felt like he was being electacuted from the inside out. "AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" He screamed out loud on the roof top, lighten shooting forth from his being like a storm. But the sky it self started to form into grey cloud signafying a storm was coming. But this storm was different then the other storms. Drake was still yelling, throwing his arms out with his eyes closed. "ARGHHHHHHHH! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH ME!!!" Five lighting bolts struck around him, all at the same time. Then the last one hit the ground so closed to him it flung him right off the roof top.. "ARRGH!!" He hit the ground with a thud knocking him out instantly.
The weather started to go back to normal, but the lighting would have been seen from two miles away, or more.

Heiris Thought to himself for a moment this girl seemed to want to join willingly and her being a conduit made this a good proposition. "You have to understand I am very cautious of who exactly i let into my organization so you are going to have to prove your worth: There is a simple matter i need doing you see... A certain man of political influence is very outspoken against organized crime and might be a problem in the future this is where you come in. My men have be watching him for some time and every night he takes a swim in his pool and seeing as you have a "Relationship" with everything H2O i want you to kill him and make it look like an accident do this and you will be initiated into the organization. Normally you would be a street enforcer but seeing as how you are a conduit that changes everything." He turned to her. "If you get this done you will be one of my Conduits and push yourself even further and rise throughout the ranks and you will be one of my commanders."

"Hmm swimming at night, not the safest thing to do" She said to Heiris, 'He probably has a generator that powers lighting at night, ehh a shortage could happen while hes swimming, then, when he gets out to check on the generator, he could slip and hit his head on the egde of the pool, knocking him out and falling into the pool, then drowning.'Kelli thought to herself. 'Sounds like typical accident.' "Whats the adress Mister Redfall, so i can do this initiation. And show that i am more then worthy." She then smiled, knowing this couldnt have been easier.

'This town is not normal...well let's proceed' Isaac ,or Tom, was following the fumes and fire.
During his little walk he looked around: Everything was schorced,damaged or even destroyed.People was outside in the streets: Isaac doesn't know what they are doing or what happened in this town. 'This city wasn't the same in the map images...' He was thinking.
Minutes after Isaac reached the center of the town: he stopped and decided to register what was happening.

"Friday 3rd of June.I managed to evade the facility and I am in a town that seems to be called New Marais...The town is wierd: half destroyed and people seems to be fighting to survive...this is Scary...my visions are real...I hope the security forces will manage to save the citizens...Oh my...as I said...The security forces won't save the people...They are dead.

When he reached a damaged building he some frozen persons: He came neare them and looked the statues.'Officiers...Damn this is so twisted...I wonder if I can help them somehow'. He looked around: There was a fire and a gas tank.Luckly the Gas tank was sufficently far from the thermal source.
"Great...now how can I handle some fire? Probabily my Kinetic powers will do?" He looked his covered hands and took a deep breath "Come on...Now I will save somebody.."He said while walking near the fire.He looked at it and raised his arm trapping the fire in a Psicokinetic sphere."Ok I did it...Now I can use the Gas as a combustible to increase the fire heat" He then ,with his left hand, took some gas from the Canister.
"Now the most delicate part..." He said while trying to give some gas to the fire...an explosion occupied the sphere of the fire.
Then Isaac heated the officiers.Anyway when they gained senses Isaac was hiding from them: he decided that he would find the living 'freezer'.
When the Officier gone away Isaac came out and looked on the roof: He saw two or three figures on the roof top.
"Probabily who did this is up...there on the roof"

"So you said that was a certain "Nico" To made the Officiers some nice frozen steak?" He said.
When he was half-distance from Jonas Isaac had another Hallucination attack.He fell to his knees. "No..not again!" He said while looking up: Everything faded from reality: everything he could see were some burned rests of the house and some men standing gloriously as they saw somebody trying to escape they fire at him destroying his torso completely.Isaac wished that he couldn't see all these scenes...The men looked to be a band of Raiders...During this Hallucination Isaac ,luckly, didn't met the 'Flesh Tearer': He saw only these if we can call 'Gangsters'.
Before the Hallucination ends Isaac stood up and one of these appeared in his front aiming his head.

"Well then." She sighed as she sunk down into the asphalt, walking in the direction of Ken's house. When she hod finally reached the place, not a single person was following her, not like they could.
"Hello? Anyone around? I only got some ranch and candy before some psycho started to burn things around the stores." She walked casually into the living room and promptly started to sleep on the couch, ignoring the fact that there was no one there...

"I need to get out of here, and I don't know what to do." Drake had a hell of an idea, he thought of something placing his hand over the seat, maybe he is able to transmite the energy he had from his hand to the cop car. The Lightning bolt wasnt a question makr. All it was, was jsut a lightning bolt with an arc in it. Also, they probbly are going to bring it back, i jsut dont think they should. I mean i want it, but at the same time i dont want them to.

If you look at it really closely you can see that the bolt is a question mark, which im guessing mean that obviously they might bring cole back, i think the reason they rushed infamous 2 in the end was because they ether had another game they are planning on or they just want to be done with the infamous series period. So that would leave me to believe that the reason for the lighting bolt question mark at the end is that they want to ask the fans if they should still do a third game.
