Action Zone (The Arcade)

Damion yawned. Another day to live in the city of Tokyo had arrived for the American born boy as he walked through the busy city. Everything were in Japanese letters, except for the rare occasions of finding English words. The young American was still trying to get used to the new enviroment, but then again, he can manage. How? Damion can manipulate time, thanks to his mother. He can rush in and out of a supermarket with various foods before any sensors could actually detect him.

His brother was off in another job. Like Damion, the older American-born citizen of Japan had powers. His powers were unknown to Damion, unfortunately. Damion sighed. "Another day... Always the same dream." He muttered, like thousands of other days. Damion walked into the arcade in hopes of distracting himself from the melancholy of having to repeat the same events yet again. He found a token machine and inserted some of his money, then got the pile of coins that he saw. Damion walked around, trying to find any new games. There was one that caught his eye. Touhou Hisoutensoku 12.3. Unlike its predecessor, this game was a fighting game. It still involved the spellcards that made the bullet-hell shooter versions the difficulty it was so known for. In this game, however, you can graze by dashing, and you can do multiple air-dashes. The game also implemented a random stage effect system using weather.

Damion smiled as he put in a few of his tokens. For a long time, he had been addicted to the Touhou series, watching and playing various games. The game started, and Damion picked his favorite character, Sakuya Izayoi, and pit her against Youmu Konpaku. They both were the characters that Damion got his powers from. Damion had time manipulation, but only temporarily. Then he had multiple hidden knives and a sword. He also had some sort of fondness to flowers and such. Then again, Youmu was a gardener, so that would be understandable. Damion smiled as his opponent got KO'ed again.
