Introduction
For months now, throughout the mafia world, flame-users have been losing power over their flames, becoming weak and ill. And then dying. As of yet, the Vongola Family has not been touched by it. Nor have they found any way to stop it.
But now... now, Sawada Tsunayoshi, their beloved leader, has lost his flame. And he is growing weaker by the day.
His Guardians are in a frenzy, searching for some way to stop it. Some way to save Tsuna. And while they work, Tsunayoshi is making his own plans.
He has called together candidates for Generazzione Undecimo. He needs to pass his flame on before he dies.
Flame corruption is running rampant. The most powerful family in the world is on the brink.
And a new Generation is being brought into the chaos...

"Moshi moshi?" a familiar voice said from the other line.
"Okaasan?"
"Hiro-kun? How's your trip so far?" she asked.
Hiroshi stopped, just a block down from the Vonogla mansion. "Ah... uh well.. I guess... it's okay." he answered with a small smile. He couldnt tell his mother about being in the mafia.. can he?
"You're okay right? You have a place to stay? Did your friends go too?" his mother asked, clearly worried.
"Eung, I'm fine. I actually do have a place to stay, so you dont need to worry. Friend? Oh... I met a few." he replied, kicking at a rock on the ground.
"That's good to hear. Be safe, and call me when something's wrong. Okay?"
"Hai, hai." Hiroshi sighed silently, leaning against a tree. "Take care okaasan." with that, he hung up. He stared down at his phone for a while, before stuffing it back into his pocket. He tilted his head back, staring up at the sky. "Sky guardian... huh?" he mumbled to himself.

She approached as the phone-call ended, and, unusual for her, spoke first.
"Worried?" She asked quietly.

"Besides, my appearance has no influence over what I can do, Kyouya. Actions speak louder than pretty faces." Dino chortled, turning and running further into the garden and into the maze that was planted there, with his high hedge walls and roses. He disappeared round the corner and took as many turns as possible, until he realized he had lost his way and came to a dead end. Chuckling at his own misfortune, he turned quickly to face Kyouya, who had undoubtedly followed him the whole way.

Hiroshi looked from side to side, looking at all the different things people were selling. I wonder what okaasan likes... ahh they all look the same to me. Maybe I can get her a hair pin or something.. a cook book? No she already has a bunch... but then again she always liked cook books. Hmm... or I can get her a charm. I have no idea what to get her he thought to himself, stopping by every store possible.

Junsuke looked around, noticing that Hiroshi and that blond girl had disappeared. He looked at Gokudera, tilting his head in confusion as the whiteboard was now gone again. "So...How do we light these... flames?"

"I can't fight... That's against the rules of the game. But I can still fly." The blonde said with a grin,. suddenly rushing at Kyouya, who was only a few feet away, at full pelt. The path was five feet wide, but he knew trying to squeeze past was useless, so he ran straight at the Cloud Guardian. Using a burst of energy, he planned to tackle his ex-pupil to the ground.
Until he slipped.
Everything from then happened in slow motion. Perhaps the suddenly charge from Dino had caught Hibari off guard. Perhaps it had been the slipping over that did what. Whatever it was, he wasn't quick enough to defend himself as the blonde came crshing into him, head's slamming against one another and lips literally crashing together. It lasted only for a moment, but a moment was all it took for Dino to open his eyes, realize what had happened and leap back as if he had been burned. A look of complete and utter panic struck his face as he slapped his hands over his mouth and stared at Kyouya.
Sh*t.
Should he apologise? Laugh it off? Pretend it never happened? Run? Whatever he did, Dino could think of no way of making what had happened seem right, or excuse them of it. It seemed as if his day had come and he was just going to have to accept it... And face the punishment of Kyouya's wrath.

Ayumu, too, was gazing around at the street, examining the marketplace. She picked up a delicate fan off one of the stalls, folding it and unfolding it, watching the colors.
"Do you think your mother would like something like this?" She asked quietly.

Hiroshi looked back, observing the fan. "Actually.. my mom would like anything." he said with a small chuckle. "But I wanted to get her something unique... I'm bad at picking out presents." He peered down once more at the things, "Oh right. Do you want something to drink or eat?" he asked tilting his head. "I was just wondering since we all didnt eat much since the past few hours."

He brushed it off as a mixture of annoyance and anger, shooting a dark look in the bronco's direction.
"Cavallone...."
"Hibari Hibari!" The terrifying aura that had begun to form scattered almost instantly as a yellow puffball floated down from the sky, landing on the former prefects shoulder as it called out its master's name. Huh...so maybe that odd little worthless emotion wasn't anger after all... Since Hibird didn't stay away...
He gave Dino a last glance, checking whether or not he wanted to murder the other or not before walking away. He didn't.
"Hurry up Cavallone, you wanted to meet with the herbivore right?" He asked, placated by his well hidden confusion.
((Hi-Hibird saves the day? sorry guys >.< no funeral yet. I felt bad for Dino at the last moment and couldn't do it>A< orz))

Whether she wanted or not, Hiroshi figured it wouldnt hurt to at least get her something to drink. He bought two sodas, handing one to Ayumu. He took a small sip of his drink before turning around to search for a present once more.
Just as he turned around, Hiroshi bumped right into a man, spilling his drink all over him. He stumbled backwards, falling on his backside. "Ouch.." he mumbled silently to himself. He froze, and slowly looked up, only to see a large man, who was clearly angry.
"Oi... kid..." he growled glaring down at him.
Hiroshi gulped, standing up. "I.. uh... I'm sorry.." he said lowering his head. The man grabbed him by the shirt, despite his apology. "Do you know how much this suit costs? I'm already in a bad day, and you just made things worse!" he barked.
"I... I said I'm sorry." Hiroshi squeeked as the man grabbed him.

"Ah... Uh... Y-Yeah..." The blonde found himself speechless, unable to process even the most simple of sentences. Had Hibari just... Let him off? After that close proximity with such a romantic (but entirely accidental) gesture? Dino didn't know what to do. He seemed rooted to the spot, unable to sort out his jumbled thoughts. What... What was going on?
"I-- Uh. Sh-Should go now. Yeah..." Walking carefully forward, he took slow and deliberate steps. He tensed as he passes Kyouya by, expecting a tonfa to swing round and smack him full on in the face. It wouldn't be strange for Kyouya to trick him, then claim he had 'changed his mind'. But no blow came. Dino was able to pass by and leave without so much as a bruise. Leaving the maze, Dino wandered round the garden, trying to figure out what had just happened. He had experienced but... It all seemed so... Odd. Is this what people described as an 'out of body' experience.
"I should go see Tsuna and greet the new arrivals." The Cavallone said monotonously, sitting down at the fountain's edge. He ran a hand through his hair, releasing a sigh. He was in no state to make small talk, and even when he tried to think, his mind jumbled itself even more. Only a single image came through; Kyouya's lips against his, suprisingly warm and soft. Dino promptly slapped himself, then did it again on the opposite cheek for good measure. He couldn't think things like that, especially with hsi divorce barely out of the way. Feeling lonely and sorry for himself, dreaming about kissing and cuddling was going to get him no where, and with Kyouya? Really, he better off asking a brick wall for compansionship.

"Excuse me," She spoke in a voice that was dead calm, "I would appreciate it if you would release Undecimo. Bloodshed on my first day would not be... terribly convenient."
It was the longest sentence she had said in front of any of them before.

He didn't look to either Gokudera or Yamamoto, knowing the pain he was in would be evident in his expression as he hid his face behind his bangs and kept his eyes to the floor.

Hibari raised an eyebrow as he saw the blonde sit down and slap himself. Twice. "Then go see them. There were some interesting things in their leader's profile...for a small animal..." He said, thinking back to Hiroshi's profile folder. He was so similar to their own herbivore.

"Huh?! And what are you going to do little girl?" the man growled. Hiroshi really havent realized it until now, but there were threee other men standing behind them. This isnt good... and why do they have to be so big? Yikes... Ayumu looks like she's ready to cut their heads off... AHHH this is such as mess~
"Um.." the boy started to say, before getting thrown across the ground, his back bumping into a tree.
"Hmph, whatever.. just a waste of my time anyways. Lets go." the man muttered, and started to walk off.
Hiroshi gritted his teeth in pain, but forced himself to sit up. He watched as the men left and sighed in relief. At least there wasnt a big fight. He got up, wincing from the pain on his back, but decided to ignore it. "Haha, I'm fine.. maybe we should head back..."

"All it takes is a little bit of bluster," She murmured, "Make it look like you're going to take their heads, and usually you don't have to."

"Alright," He called to the room at large, "Break it up! Gokudera, get them to their rooms."
He seized Tsuna's arm.
"You're coming with me."

Gokudera nodded curtly. Why did he always seem to be the leader in this 'follow-the-leader-and-I'll-give-you-a-tour' thing? He didn't say anything, casting Tsuna a worried glance before reaching back, seeing only Junsuke and...Midori? Where had the Rain guardian prospect gone?
Kyosuke had disappeared a few moments ago, when they had all been somewhat distracted. Honestly though, he was confused - why had Ayumu and Hiroshi gone out into town....? He had slipped away, not really wanting to go to his room - he wanted to find the two of them. They were probably having more fun than he was and Kyosuke, well, dare he admit it? Kyosuke was getting lonely. The soon-to-be Rain Guardian ran a hand through his hair as he started going in the direction he had seen Ayumu and Hiroshi take off in.
How strange... Kyosuke found his thoughts wandering as he finally found the exit. He blinked - they were near a town, it seemed...He started walking towards the buildings. That was probably where the blond swordswoman and Hiroshi had gone off to. He started humming, obviously not a suspicious character as he stuck his hands in his pockets.
