“yay new school with stuck up kids” I think to myself. I see a group of kids sitting at one of the less crouded tables. I Walk over to the table and I set my black drawstring back down before I sit at the table. Keeping my skateboard near me at all times.
Eira came into the school on her black and orange Aprilia Shiver 750 road bike. It's her baby, always has been. Well, other than her sweet chestnut Caber, if she could ride him to school she would. The neon green Underarmor drawstring bag hung loosely on her shoulders, bumping against her back when she walked. As per usual, the school was crowded with rich snobby children running about and gossiping. And, as her own per usual, Eira makes her way over to her group of friends. Their table probably only had four or five kids, on a good day, compared to the other tables where people tried to fit in between the spaces in the seats. And also what was different about them, was that she was the only girl at the table.
Her and her group chatted a bit, mainly talking about what they were going to do when they skipped school. It was rare for any of them to actually attend classes. Though it wasn't that Eira wasn't smart, oh she was, but she didn't find it necessary to attend classes to be smarter. Legally a genius, she didn't worry about it. Soon a boy came over, one she necessarily didn't know. For a moment her eyes narrowed, assessing the boy before her. Would he turn out to be just another one of those jocks that came over to try and hit on her? It wouldn't be that bad, considering her and her friends could use some amusement right now. And she was pretty sure they would all enjoy beating the living hell out of the boy. But as she relaxed, so did the boys at her sides. "New here?"

Again her eyes narrowed, looking between both boys. "I was actually talking to him... I have no clue where the hell you came from." Though with a shrug, she motioned for him to come back to the table. Maybe they'd be interested in joining their group, at least until they found their respective place at King High. They were both good looking boys, so she could count on them being in with the Jocks in a week or so. Probably would have the cheerleaders all over them too.

She stopped walking and she awkwardly stood in front of the school. It looked so big. So full of people. People who were going to insult her. People who wouldn't understand her. Who would just call her a freak and laugh at her. ''Yeah, this is going to be fantastic.'' she thought sarcastically. Rough start already, she was all by herself and she didn't know who to go sit with. Groups were already formed and just like a puzzle, they would probably not need an extra piece.
Trying to make this new school less horrible for her she walked to one of the less crowded tables. She saw a few cool looking people sitting there, the type of people she'd love to hang around with.
''Hey,'' she said sort of awkwardly ''Can I.. Can I join you guys?''
The light was brightening, or so Daniel thought. He continued walking, constantly practicing his fake smile. He could feel one tear strolling down his cheek, and quickly wiped it away before anyone could see. He looked around, hoping to find a table that would capture his interest. He quickly saw a pretty yet obviously much older girl walking to a table where a few students around his age were sitting who didn't seem to be part of any clique-yet. Since there wouldn't be any standards for a non-clique group, he walked towards them wondering how many were newcomers and how many had already been to this school in years past. He got to the table a few seconds after the older girl, which was enough time to hear her ask to join them.
"Be courageous," Daniel thought, as he mustered up the courage to say, "Hey... umm would you mine if I -uh- sat here also? I'm new here, the name is Daniel Lockwood, but feel free to call me Danny. I'm in ninth grade."
" Her tone with me two minutes ago was A little Rude and now she just Grabbed my hands asking me if I played any sports What In the world got into her? "
This question bothered him in his head while he walked away to the other side of the table and sat down.
Jordan's dad was drunk last night again and hit her. Her eyesight becomes blurry, ready for the tears to come down her cheek, but wipes them in a quick motion so no one notices. She tugs on her sleeve so that her new bruise is completely covered.
Jordan finds a less crowded table where a cute boy is standing and walks over to the table. "Hey, can I sit here...?" Jordan asks smiling shyly at the people who are already sitting at the table.
Daniel took a seat, noticing the girl had a bruise on one of her arms. "Probably nothing," he thought. "So, I don't think I caught your name. Is this your first year here? I'm new, from... from Las Vegas." Daniel said that with distress, as he didn't want to be reminded of his past life at a time like this.
''My name is Franc. Don't ever call me Franceska or I'll tear your eyes out.'' she said.
''Oh fuck, that sounded harsh. Like I was some kind of psycho. In a way I am one, but nobody should know. They are gonna call me a freak again if they find out. Just like at my old school.'' she thought hoping nobody would've noticed she said that she was going to rip their eyeballs out.
Derek turned to look at her " Your name is YOUR name don't Hate it, Just exist with it " He said coldly as he examined her speech and reaction.
" Why is She so dame judgmental about herself? She looked down in her lap like she was shy but now her face has changed and from what I can see it looks like she was worried ...Well then again she did threaten to Tear my eyes out but still she probably was just worried about not being accepted after all this is a Big highschool. " He thought to himself getting sidetracked from the conversation at hand with his Own personal thoughts.
"UGHH SO MANY DAME QUESTIONS " " Oh yes im conversing with Franceska " He jumped back to the real world with no facial emotion what so ever looking at Her waiting for a response.
Quickly she looked at her lap again. ''Damn, why are you such a creep? I have probably freaked them out. I don't wanna be this weird. You are hated. They hate you. You're fucked. You'll be lonely. Just like on the other school. I hate myself.'' her thoughts conversated in her head in a crazy way. But on the outside it was not visible at all. She looked perfectly calm and reached for her bag and got a package of cigarettes out.
''Anyone fancy a cigarette?'' she said in a totally different, much friendlier way.
Franc suddenly got out a packet of cigarettes and said, "Anyone fancy a cigarette?" Daniel was a little shocked at her comment. While the cigarette looked alluring, he knew that because of his depression he could easily get addicted so Daniel replied, "No thanks."
