Appearance: Jay is Caucasian, Fairly muscular, With Spiky black hair. He wears a Red and White Hawaiian Shirt, Dark blue track pants with yellow stripes on the sides, Black and Red Sneakers, And 6 inch Navy blue leather wristbands. He also has two belts, one worn normally, the other, half of it sinking low, past the right hand pocket. The belts in turn are connected to two leather straps which are also tied to two oversized chinese coins.

History: Jay is the Son of one of the most Powerful men in the known universe, The Successor to The Assassination Art (Ansatsuken), Hokuto Shinken, Kenshiro. Jay follows his Father's footsteps by training in Martial Arts aswell. He is nearly finished with Ejiki No Ken, and is currently training also in Kyuuten Shinken, a variation of Hokuto Shinken.

Jay is a Resident Of New York City, and Protects the Weak and Innocent from the Cruel Strong and Bloodthirsty. After a letter from his brother, and a battle with an unknown attacker, Jay is dead set on figuring out just what the hell is going on.

Weapons/Items: Jay usually doesn't use weapons, but he owns a mystical Katana, and a supernatural handgun. He'll also use anything he can find. He has some half finger gloves, candy cigarettes, a cell phone, Wayfarer sunglasses, and whatever else he takes with him.
