The Libra Bureau of Criminal Justice was established in 1920, twelve years after the F.B.I. was established. Formerly known as Apec Incorporated Logistics, the Libra Bureau had grown and succeeded as one of the greatest law enforcement agencies of all time. In 2005, the Libra Bureau had been released for public review and had expanded as a result of its qualifying agents.
Now hiring people from all over the world, Libra looks for skill, finesse, and intellect in its newest recruits of any age. Its training facilities are filled with confidential weaponry and its rookies are renowned in their respective fields. As Libra is now gathering since the Law Cut Act in 2012, it scours the streets for any sort of potential.
Armed with 254 guards, 116 scientists, 94 specialized field agents, and 100 new recruits, it's up to the new generation to restore Libra's reputation as a sole and greatest organization, even with limited equipment and a ravaged land full of desolate criminals...
