Personality: Scarlet plays off the fact that she looks sweet and innocent because actually she's evil, she hates almost everything except for her job and has no problem when it comes to killing human for their blood - although she does prefer killing werewolves.
When you first meet her Scarlet has an almost soothing aura which she uses to lull you into a false sense of trust, and then, when she has you she'll brutally murder you and most likely use her favourite catchphrase "I'm not killing you," then you'll become a little more relaxed before the gruesome punchline "I'm murdering you."
She likes to use this twisted saying as an almost joke and she'll then gleefully rip you into shreds.
History: When you look at Scarlet's personality you think "She must have had a horrible upbringing." When in actual fact it was the opposite.
She was brought up in a wealthy family and was always adored, not only for her beauty but her musical talents, she could play almost any instrument you could think of. Her parents thought of her as a Godsent gift and maybe this is what pushed her into thinking she was and that she could do anything - So she decided to join the mafia.
Of course, that's not most people's first place they'd like to work but Scarlet wasn't like most people, she loved seeing people suffer and so applied to be an assassin but she didn't get it because she wasn't experienced enough, and then she discovered her love for making drugs because she was always amazing at science (Naturally, she was amazing at everything.) and so found it easy to make all manor of drugs - even inventing some new ones.
Although her favourite by far is crocodile because it kills people, eating them from the inside out and that gives her so much pleasure to know.
