In 2098, due to high crime rates, the government has made punishments harsher for criminals. Minor offenders get social work or even prison while serious offenses are punished with hard labors in the energy crystal mines. The prisoners are monitored by supervisors. The supervisors normally have the strength to take out those who oppose them. Those who oppose and even manage to kill the supervisors are decapitated and get a processing unit on their neck to control their bodies as drones. Each prisoner wears a black collar. Now the prisoners have overpowered the wardens and around 7000 prisoners managed to escape. Those who stayed were awarded with an hour less of labor a day. Now the supervisors have to hunt the escapees down and kill them. Search and destroy.
