Personality:
Landon has lived a hard life so far. He has a tough outer exterior that takes a lot to get through to. Never one to quickly fal in love he has had his heart broke one time, and he promises that to be the last. He's a bit of a womanizer because of it. One night stands seem to keep anyone from getting hurt. Though he travels with two others whom he considers friends, he doesn't actually have any one person he believes he can actually trust with his life and is cautious of everyone he meets.






History:
Landon comes from a long line of lycans. His father and his father's father were the ones who taught him the ropes. Although his mother didn't approve of Landon being taught at such a young age his father knew what was best for the boy. Landon picked up on things quickly and awaited the first full moon after his thirteenth birthday when he would finally turn and find out what it was really about. His father and grandfather had warned him of the pain, but nothing could have prepared him for what was awaiting him when he turned. The pain was like nothing he had ever felt. It took almost a year to finally get used to it. During the full moon time he would go out with his father and grandfather so they could monitor him and make sure he wasn't doing anything to let people find out what he was. They would hunt animals and keep him away from people. One night there were hunters in the woods where they usually went. They must have mistook them for deer and shot at them. That sent his father into a rage he couldn't control and he attacked and killed the men. After that they all had to pack up an leave for fear of someone finding out what they were and coming after them. For years they lived in a place for a small time before moving on. They finally settled when Landon's grandfather became ill and passed away.
When Landon was eighteen he met others like himself for the first time. His father had found them while he was in town one day. Lycans have a keen sense of smell and are able to tell when their kind is around. There were two others close to his age as well and they became friends of sort. After a few years of knowing each other they discovered a legend of a tome that allows you to change at will instead of every full moon. This appealed to them so much they decided to seek it out on their own. Which lead them to the Middle East where they hope to find the tome and be changed forever.

Other:
Landon doesn't want to use the tome for bad. He enjoys running free through the forest when he turns. He simply wants freedom from it.
