Setting
Base of Operations for Spiderman and The Avengers. Equipped with high-tech shiz all numerous training facilities, what was once Tony Stark's bachelor pad became a home for other superheroes as well. The top three floors are residential areas as well as training facilities and other such things. The bottom ninety floors are all labs and offices. It's only ten blocks away from the Baxter Building, the tower located in the exact center of Manhattan.
