Freedom's Blade Gunnery Control

Dominated by the breechblocks of the Blade's twin 10 inch Super Fortak anti-shipping cannon, the Gunnery Control Center, or "Battle Bridge" serves as the nerve center for the ship's combat systems. Here, the main guns are loaded with shells brought up by dumbwaiter from the cargo hold, targets are tracked, firing solutions found, and, of course, weapons of all kinds are exhaustively calibrated. Shielded by the ship itself on all sides, Gunnery Control's central location ensures that a Blade-class ship can continue to fight despite catastrophic damage.
