"If duct tape and super glue can't fix it its an electrical problem."
Odd and misunderstood by many, he can be found working on his latest invention: the hoverboard. Ignore his own sadness and projects it in the form of anger. Many could say he has the napeolian complex. His greatest saying is "If Tylenol, Duct tape, And bandaids can't fix your problems, you have big problems.". He also says " If it can't be fixed with duct and super glue its an electrical problem.".
Silva is quick to befriend people but just as quick to break your neck if you tick him off.

Silva was born in the Mojave desert, California. He grew up chaseing lizard and driveing his Dad truck in the desert. He soon learned that he had a talent for makeing things. As he got older he got tired of chaseing the same old lizards and driveingthe turck around listlessly in the desert. When he was twelve He saw his first movie: The Fats And The Furious. From then on he was obesessed with street raceing. After about another year moved ran away. He bounced from place to place for meals and shelter. He bought a rusted out '69 Dodge Charger. After a year he got it running. He moved to the Tri-Cities area of Wayland when he found that America now included it as a state. In the Tri-cities he met a group of people who shared similar interest's in raceing. Afetr a while the whole place became an underground turf war among each of the street raceing crews. So Silva decided to make this group of race interested friends into a race crew the only problem was the lack of funding buty Silva had plans for that.
