physical description:she has the build of a slender female human, light and supple. Her skin is pale with white almost see through scales running up the back sides of her arms,inner legs, and few patches on her chest. Her hair is medium length and light blue in color that runs down her spine and to the very tip of her white scaled tail. Her nails are fairly long and sharp and so are teeth,somewhat. Her facial features; small patches of white scales behind her jaw joint, light greenish blue eyes, and two silvery slender horns protruding back ,from her hair line, to about 3-4 inches that are easily able to hid under her hair. her ears are almost elven like, long slender and able to swivel or rotate.

abilities: even though she is young adult, her abilities are still a little unstable to control meaning they come and go when she does not need them or they don't even come to her when she does need them!
flight- she is able to glide for long periods if the thermal air currents are strong enough. if not then she glides shorter distances.
air control- this ability inherited through her father, which was an air based western dragon, able to control the wind but like i said earlier this ability is still a little hard to control as the next ability.
telekinesis- ability to control objects with the mind, gesture of hand, or mearly by thought. this one i think will be 'locked' til she is able to control the others above this one.

Personality

personality:she tends to be aggressive rarely,due to the draconic blood in her.which makes her able to handle some tough situations. but also the human in her tends to make her emotional and quite nervous,on edge. besides the rarely aggressive behavior/attitude, she is a calm, intelligent,shy and observant individual. making her easy to learn new things and pick up on certain details.

History

Her mother was human while her father was an air based western type dragon. In their time dragon and human relationships were forbidden. and any human involved in dragons were either banned or executed before the people.
Her mother terrified and did her best trying to hide her from the public, she thought it wasn't good for her and she seeked out the one that impregnated her with evira. but she could not find him instead she found a younger pair of dragons mated together for life and pleaded for them to take evira, The female was accepting but the male was cautious due to human blood in her. After deciding they accepted the young child and took care of her til she was 18. Then it was time for her to find a place of her own, but the mother was weary since evira's abilities haven't shown up. The father did give her some self defense lessons, hoping that would be enough to help her. After setting off from where she grew up, she traveled not settling just yet. she wanted to see the world and the mystery it holds.
