Camelot

Merlin walked down the empty road, save for a wagon or two that drove past him. He was headed to Camelot to study under Galus the Court Physician as are his mother's wishes. He finally reached the large gates that surrounded Camelot and walked through them, entering into the market that crowded the street. He made his way through the crowds and entered the castle. He asked one of the servants for directions to Galus' chambers and followed his directions. Entering the room, Galus was found standing next to a bookshelf up a level. "Galus?" Merlin asked, looking up at him. Galus turned around and lost his balance, breaking the railing and started to fall. Merlin did the one thing he could think of, he used magic. His eyes flashed a golden color as Galus' bed moved across the room to underneath Galus, who landed on the bed.

Morgana walked threw the palace halls heading toward Galus' study for she again had a bad nightmare and they seemed to be getting wore with each passing day. As she walked down the hall she stopped to look out the window at the training field where Aurthor and a new batch of boy who wished to be knights where sparing and training. She smiled then continued on her way to find Galus. She took her time to get there. When she finally arrived she knocked gently on the door waiting for a response or for someone to open it up.

Galus stood up from the bed slowly, looking over at the door at the knock. "How did you do that?" He whispered to Merlin, walking over to the door. Merlin looked away slightly, holding his hands up, "Do what? I didn't do anything..." Galus opened the door, smiling at Morgana. "Good morning, Lady Morgana. What might I help you with?" he asked her gently, as Merlin looked around the room quietly.

She stepped into the room slowly and with a soft smile looked at galus "it seems my nightmares are back and they seem to be getting worse is there anything you can do to help with them Galus" She looked at the new boy walking around the room then back at Galus smiling still. "did you get a new apprentice Galus?"

"Of Course and yes, I did. This is Merlin," Galus said as he walked over to a table covered with bottles filled with liquids. Merlin looked over at the mention of his name and gave a small, nervous smile. "Merlin, this is the Lady Morgana," Galus said, handing her a small bottle. "I-it's an honour to meet you, Lady Morgana," Merlin said, giving a small bow.

She smiled and nodded taking the bottle from Galus gratefully " thank you Galus and i hope everything goes well with your new apprentance" She turns walking out of the room and back to her chambers.

Galus nodded to Lady Morgana and shut the door as Morgana left, turning to face Merlin. "Now Merlin, you don't have to hide it from me. I know what you did, you used magic," he said, pushing Merlin into a chair and sitting down in his own chair. "You won't tell King Uther?" Merlin asked quietly. "No no, I wouldn't do that," Galus said. Merlin nodded slightly, "Y-yeah, I did use magic." Galus smiled slightly and clasped his hands together, "Wonderful, now we'll talk about this later. I need you to go get these plants and supplies." Merlin nodded as he took the list from Galus and walked out of his room.

Morgana walked to her bed chambers and sat on her bed softly. She put her sleeping tonic on her night table able and looked around the quiet room. She stood up and decided to just go for a stroll around the castle. As she walked she passed by galus' study again hearing him and merlin talk.

Merlin walked out of Galus' room and saw Lady Morgana. He froze slightly before smiling nervously and bowing slightly, before walking down the hallway, looking down at the list of plants and supplies that he was told to get.

She smiled and nodded in response and watching him start to walk away "merlin?" she walked over toward him smiling a pleasant smile. "i just thought i should say welcome to the castle i hope you enjoy staying here galus is such a wonderful mentor you will learn alot"
