{Appearance}: Reginas is very thin and lean. His arms and legs have very little meat on them, making them appear very weak. His skin his pale, with a slightly unhealthy look. Depending on his current mental health, he may have random bruises on his body, but he almost always had dark bags under his eyes. That, coupled with droopy eyelids makes him appear to be constantly tired and weak. He has moderately long, spiky white hair, and it normally falls over his face and neck. His eyes are a dark blue color, and don't appear to be able to focus very well.

{History}: Reginas was a street rat. No one really knows who his family was before, his name being given to him by Father, but it is obvious that something happened to them. From a young age, Regi lived from meal to meal on the streets. Father found him curled up in an alley, half-alive, and took him in to his cause. Because he had no fammily, Father essentially got a test subject for free.
