Personality: Arashi is a kindhearted individual who would gladly help anyone in need, but for a reason he doesn't fully understand, he is underrated, called a freak by his fellow chuunin, constantly teased by them. though through most of this year it has lessened to the point of nearly nothing (for the time he was at the village at least)
History: Calling Arashi's history bad would be a massive understatement, his father was a murderer who was eventually killed by ANBU black ops (who gave him his fathers chakra blade) so he grew up with his mother who was caring yet very non-protective leaving Arashi to do as he please (which mostly consisted of training, training and more training) until he was twelve when he witnessed his mother murdered in cold blood (unlocking his Sharingan) from there after he was raised by his carefree aunt and uncle who virtually ignored him completely once again leaving him to do as he pleased, now he is fifteen and because of his father he is treated as an outcast.
