Personality:
Sayomi has a calm, no-nonsense personality. She does not like fooling around (In contrast to her demon) and she rarely smiles but she does have her moments. Although she has control over her demon to an extent, Chomei, she often doesn't see eye-to-eye with him. She thinks that Chomei is way to happy and should focus on things more while Chomei thinks that Sayomi should lighten up. Despite this, they are friends even though they bicker a lot but it is for this reason why she doesn't have complete control over him. Her parents have both passed away and while she misses them, she also holds a grudge against them for forcing a life that she never wanted on to her.

History:
Sayomi was born in the Land of Waves and spent the first 7 years of her life there. Her father was a fisherman and she didn't know what her mother did before she became a housewife. At first her life was peaceful without any worries but that didn't last for long. Her mother became terminally ill with seemingly no cure, it was a time of crisis for her family... for a couple of reasons. Because of desperation, her parents revealed to her a long-kept secret: Her parents were actually ninja and her mother was the jinchuriki of the 7-Tailed Horned Beetle, named "Chomei". They decided to retire in the Land of Waves and act as normal fisherman because they thought that would be the best route. With her mother dying and her demon along with it, her father made the final decision to sacrifice his life to seal the 7-Tails within her daughter after he instructed her to go to Konohagakure and become a ninja. "Sorry but there's just no other way. We wish we could be there and we should have been honest. Goodbye, Sayomi." were his last words spoken to her. Her mother died after the sealing was completed.

After she recovered from the traumatic experience, she was guided to Konohagakure by an escort and was orphaned there. As much as she didn't want to, she accepted her fate as a ninja. She was at the top of her class in the academy, placing ahead of everyone else. She had distanced herself from everyone and no one but the higher-ranks knew about her demon. After graduating from the academy, she became a chunin in 3 years and a jonin in 8. She trained herself to control her due to her need to master it before her seal could break loose. It was a difficult task and she nearly died but the end result was that she was able to achieve partial control of her demon. She still has some things to learn before she can obtain full mastery.
