Kirigakure - The Hidden Mist Village

The team of four ANBU noted the departure of the three man squad from the gates of Kirigakure. One of the squad, a Hyuga, observed them with his byakugan as they boarded a craft headed out into the open ocean. It was strange, he thought to himself. There's nothing out that way until they hit the Land of Lightning... Were those Hidden Cloud uniforms on that ship? None of the ANBU could make heads or tails of this strange departure, they quickly wrote up a report and dispatched it to the Hokage. With that done, the Hyuga turned his attention to the Pink Lotus. The massive chakra presence was still there. "Is that our objective?" Inquired one of the members. "This is the most likely one so far." Turning to the two infiltration experts on the team he continued, "Get in there, verify them, and get the hell out. I don't need to remind you of what happens if you get caught." The two infiltrators nodded, donning the clothing of the seedy underbelly of Kirigakure, which wasn't too different from the clothing worn by the seedy inhabitants of other villages as it turned out. They knew what they had to do, get in, identify the rogue ninja Rei, and get out. Oh, and in the event that they were found out, nothing could link back to the leaf village. "You have thirty minutes." Said the Hyuga, the team captain. With that he placed a time-release seal on each of them for the body destruction technique. If they didn't make it back in time for him specifically to release the seal, their bodies would be annihilated. The two quickly set off for the Pink Lotus while the Hyuga and the other ANBU kept watch outside of the Village.

"Ayumi, you're right. But i suppose Suna and Kiri will be monitoring eachother for a while. It will have to be an alliance." Ryuu said, smiling at the Mizukage. He turned to his Guards. "Go back to Sunagakure. Inform the leader of the "Sand Shadow Cyclones" that they will be taking over the Village for a while. I'm staying in Kirigakure to hopefully get better ties with such a great village." He muttered, the Guards passing him some papers and then leaving. Ryuu turned back to the Mizukage, putting his hat and mask on. He handed her the Alliance Papers and walked out. "I'll stay in a small camp outside of the Village, near the training grounds. I'll be there if you need me, Ayumi."


The Kazekage walked outside, and silently disappeared in a quick gust of wind. He reappeared in the Training grounds across from some Kiri Shinobi.

"Yo." He said in greeting to the Ninja, waving slightly. "I saw you on my way in - Don't be alarmed, i'll explain why i'm here in just a second." He muttered again, just loud enough so they could hear him. Ryuu summoned a small camp about 400 Feet away from him on his east.

"Now, then. What questions would you like answered. I know you're wondering why i'm here, atleast."

(( I'd like to clarify that Ryuu met Takeshi when he first spoke to the Mizukage, about two pages back. He knows that the Shinobi are bound to be Curious as to why the Kazekage is here, so he is going to answer their questions. Hope that clears it up a little. ))
