"The Nibi? Yeah shes a hand-full alright"
Tezuka has little trouble controlling the Nibi having been her host for almost eight years and for the simple fact that she is more laid back than the other tailed beasts. he hardly has problems with her and is often seen sitting alone speaking with her, (appearing to be talking to himself) the Nibi, much like Tezuka doesnt like to remain in one place for long and likes to visit new places which came as a relief to the nibi as she knew she would be stuck in a host, but atleast her host gets around
Tezuka is overly protective of his friend Sumio, threatening those who bother him
with bodily harm, and in most cases holding true to that threat.
Tezuka's peers have not alienated him dispite being a jinchiriki. at first the village was cautious around him until they realized that even with a demon inside of him, Tezuka still remained cheery and optimistic.
Being a bit of a goof, Tezuka is always forgetting things and can easily be underestimated at first impression. He slacks off constantly, only straining himself for his friends or personal training.. he and the Nibi have a peaceful coexsistance often finding Tezuka humorous, he has lightened her evil heart little by little over the years, although she is very cautious about giving Tezuka control.
Tezuka is kind and never cared to follow the history of violence that plauged his village. He always liked the idea of being a host for the Monster Cat, viewing it as self sacrifice for his village and for his friend, he was the first to raise his hand for canidates. He is always cheerful and confident, and has faith in his abilities.
Sometimes overly headstrong, Tezuka has a tendancey to get excited and rush into thing before
properly understanding the situation, which causes him trouble and sometimes akwardness with his peers.
He is adventurous and hates to linger in one place, and this often gets him into trouble with the Mizukage and Ao.
Tezuka is very outgoing often the one to break the ice in a situation.
He loves good conversation and wont turn down a chance to chat,
even with enemies, claming that his best conversation was with a Konoha shinobi with whom he fought to the death.
When not on a mission or being pestered by his superiors, he spends his time bathing at the hot springs around the land of water.
Tezuka is highly praised for his Taijutsu, but is critisized constantly for his complete lack of genjutsu, dispite his high chakra levels he has a hard time releasing just c-rank genjutsu, this being his greatest weakness,
becoming utterly useless in a conflict with a skilled genjutsu user
Tezuka Kyosai's Katana: A white hilted katana given to him at an early age, Tezuka is highly familiar and proficient with his sword
and does not part with it often, leaving it behind only for a hot spring. He prefers using taijutsu in battle because it doesn't require him put away his blade,
this is almost always the first weapon he will use in a conflict and will not put it away unless he is certain that it wont help in a battle
Jutsus and Techniques:
Swordplay: Tezuka has honed his style of fighting with a blade to an outstanding level, appearing to almost be dancing sometimes. he has a style all his own that others have a hard time replicating, let alone performing effectively, he sways to and frow gently and always waits to counter at the last moment letting the strikes pass just inches from him. he often dodges many times before striking unless the opponent very is skilled, using this strategy to fluster his opponents making thier attacks less and less effective.
Fire Breath: a skill of the Nibi that can often be performed by the jinchuriki, this is a skill not a jutsu
Two Tails Cloak: One Tail: The Monster Cat Gives Tezuka enhanced speed and enormous strength by covering him in a cloak of chakra
Taijutsu: His skill with Taijutsu is unmatched in the Hidden Mist, being listed as S-ranked, his attacks are deadly and precise. Moving at high speeds he delivers unending streams of blows that connect with bone shattering power. He was quick to pick up Taijutsu as a boy, charmed by its raw power and stripped down simplicity. He unintentionally neglected his genjutsu because of this, and as he grew he started to veiw genjutsu as a weak ability used by weak shinobi who hide behind illusion, prefering the idea of face to face brawling. He is in the Hidden Mists top 5 close range fighters (ranking 3rd place in this list) and is very proud of the fact
General Taijutsu style: He uses a variant of an advanced offensive posture perfected by Fukiwa sensei called Flowing Water, which the characteristics of which were fluid combo attacks and a barrage as constant as Flowing Water. Tezuka assumes a specific stance before attacking extending his arm forward, palm open, knees bent, with the his other arm close to his side with a tight fist.
Oni Thrusts: a chakra infused barrage of elbows and knees at a fast rate,
a common taijutsu of the Hidden Mist created by the Seond Mizukage
Rage of the Demon God: Three devastating punches precisely aimed directly above the heart
to cause the tearing of vital blood vessels and cause internal bleeding
Aori Buresu Rendan: a Taijutsu that begins high in the air and ending with a heel kick delivered to the enemy from a high altitude
Hidden Style: Wings of The Black Dragon: a forbidden taijutsu known by only a few of the Hidden Mist shinobi, a jutsu that
lets chakra flow directly into the central nervous system to allow unnatural speed and reaction time, it was forbidden from use
because of the damage it causes to the users spine after prolonged usage
Ninja Art: Fist of the Great Oni: a Taijutsu created by the second Mizukage, a massive strike where user lets a large amount of chakra
flow into the knuckles, user then uses the momentum and weight of the dense chakra to propel them into the intended target, causing incredible damage to the enemy
Ninjutsu
Water Clone Jutsu: creates a tangible clone using water
Water Style: Water Tiger Jutsu and Multi Water Tiger Jutsu: user creates Tigers from water with incredible speed that slam in to the enemy
Water Style: Violent Wave Justu: creates small dense waves of water that move at a high rate of speed
Earth Style: Terra Spike Jutsu: creates spikes from the ground (useful for traps)
Earth Style: Earth barrier Jutsu: defensive jutsu that creates an barrier between Tezuka and his enemies
Summoning Jutsu: Turtle Contract: Tezuka signed the turtle blood contract which allows him to summon various turtle spirits.
turtle summons have little offensive effectiveness, but can provide and exceptional defense to the user
Genjutsu
Tezuka has only a basic grasp of genjutsu, with only the ability to release basic genjutsus.
Tezuka was born and raised in the Village Hidden in the Mist, befriending a young boy named Sumio. He found Sumi (as he later began to refer to him) being hassled by a group of young boys. right after the kids went to blows Tezuka was quick to end it, Tezuka being very strong for his age was not one the other children would stand up to, fearing black eyes and bruises. Tezuka sent a swift kick to the chest of the boy holding sumi, screaming and cursing the other boys until they ran away. taking another look at the boy on the ground, he realized it was the jinchuriki boy who was constantly picked on. Tezuka made a pact with Sumi stating" it'll never happen again as long as you stick with me." Tezuka carried his limp body back to the old man he was staying with. he Graduated the ninja academy with Sumi always in tow at the age of 11 and excelled above most of his peers at this point.
He aventually learned of his Friends horrible condition and was constantly taking care of him, sumi usually tried to decline his help out of pride. (This never stops Tezuka of course.) They grew as a pair, always seen together, Sumio even picked up Tezuka's hot spring habit. Tezuka is often pestered by Sumi for his Taijutsu secrets, knowing most of Tezuka's Taijutsu was S-ranked.
He was assigned to team Fukiwa upon reaching the title of genin with Sumio,
Fukiwa Sensei being a renowned swordsman in the village,
he was quick to teach his students to use swords in combat along with the standard training methods, Tezuka and his comrades all carried a sword at this point as they looked up to their sensei.
Team Fukiwa was assigned to a mission in the past that ordered them to send aid to a neighboring village,
this village had no shinobi and had a hard time defending itself
from attack so it called on the Hidden Mist for protection from time to time,
once Tezuka's team had arrived, they found the small village in ruins and most of the villagers had been slaughtered.
crushed by the idea that someone could attack a town that couldnt defend itself and murder helpless people,
Tezuka decided he would make it his goal to get rid of those who would do such harm. later discovering the Akatsuki was behind the attack
Soon after Tezuka's team started training for the chunin exams, Tezuka made it far using only his taijutsu. Suim was first to go in the finals. Fighting another boy gifted in Taijutsu, he only barely passed the match after being clobbered and after winning, he fell unconscious. When he awoke, he learned that he'd won and they'd given him the rank of Chunin. As his other teammate finished her match, it was Tezuka's turn. His final
match he faced off with Naka Jukai who was one of the few genins who was skilled with genjutsu. the match lasted for two hours, most of which Naka wiped the floor with Tezuka, until he noticed that Naka was slow when making hand signs. he took advantage of this, and barraged her with constant hit and run attacks until the proctors ended the match. This fight revealing his weakness to his entire village, Tezuka accepted the rank of chunin reluctantly after his embarassing match
Not long after his graduation, the Mizukage called the whole village to meeting explaining that the current host for the Monster Cat had fallen deathly ill and that a new jinchuriki had to be chosen.
Tezuka, knowing his friend was a Jinchuriki, gladly accepted using this as a way to bear his friends burden with him.
The monster cat was quickly sealed within him using a Dragon seal that can be seen on Tezuka's shoulder.
