Steam Release is the combination of fire and water release, which results in techniques which create steam, boiling water, etc.

Appearance:

Tatsuya stands at about 6 feet tall with a strong, athletic build and obvious muscle. His skin has decent color to it because of his training and use of fire release techniques, and there are more than a few scars on his body from cooking accidents. His hair is black and wildly spiky, and his eyes are a deep shade of brown.
Normally he can be seen wearing a simple black kimono with wooden sandals and a red sash around his waist, though outside of his restaurant he wears a dark red belt with several pouches for his ninja tools. His Leaf symbol is worn on a black headband in the traditional fashion, and he wears wooden sandals rather than ninja boots.

Steam Release: Rolling Boil
The user combines fire and water chakra in their mouth to create boiling water, which they then spray out in a powerful stream towards their target. As it moves through the cooler air it may also create a large cloud of steam.

Steam Release: Superheated Bullet
The user combines fire and water chakra in their mouth and condenses it into a ball of water which is heated beyond boiling, then fired from the mouth. When the water bullet hits something it explodes, covering the area in boiling water which can instantly cause second to third degree burns.

Steam Release: Steam Dragon Bullet
The user preforms a chain of hand seals near a body of water, then the water heats up to the point of boiling, causing a massive cloud of steam to be created. The user then forms this steam into the shape of a dragon and causes it to charge towards their target.

Fire Release: Flood of Oil
The user converts chakra inside of them into oil inside their mouth, then sprays it out as a stream, then, at their will, they can cause the oil to set fire.

History

History:
The Ryorishi family has always been around in Konoha, however they have never had any exceptional ninja, and so no one really knows much about them. The recent members of the clan, Tatsuya's mother and father, opened a restaurant shortly before he was born. He was raised in this restaurant, learning to cook, but he was also sent to the academy, and so he was always torn between being a chef or a shinobi. Eventually, he chose both.
He combined his love of cooking with his training and eventually discovered his kekkei genkei, Steam Release, one day by accident. He was just a genin at the time, and now can use it nearly expertly. He rarely goes on missions, but on occasion he will train others in the arts of cooking, and occasionally in the arts of the ninja as well.
