Appearance:
Shion is around 5,9 feet tall.
His body looks like the average teenage boy of his age so not really muscular or thin.
Like most if not all Uchihas he has black hair, which he likes to be rather short which is quite unusual among Uchihas.
Moreover he does not wear the usual jonin cloths (like the vest for example) from his village.
He wears rather casual clothings which could be better compared to regular village cloths then to ninja cloths.

Jutsu List:
Wind Clone: This technique creates an identical looking copy of the user and requires not much of chakra because wind is present almost everywhere.More importantly if someone would physically try to harm the clone, it would break apart and send rather violent wind gusts at the attacker.
When these have contact with the enemy they cut throw or in the skin and flesh of the enemy.

Combination Ninjutsu:
Rain of Fire:
Like the name of the technique suggests with a combination of Shions Fire and Wind natured Chakra this technique first creates a sphere of fire approximatly 10 metres above the enemy and then this sphere of fire gets sliced by the wind and so the fire starts raining down in a radius of metres around the enemy.
This jutsu requires either two ninjas two perform or one ninja and a elemental based clone of him.

Blazin Dragon: This technique consists of the combination of the Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet with the infusion of wind chakra in it which causes the flames to fly faster and have a higher destructive force.

Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change(Sharigan required)
Demonic Illusion: Altered Reality: This technique leaves the target under the illusion that he himself is still in the regular reality just with the change that in that reality the target sees illusions of him or her beating the user of the technique. When the technique works perfectly the target thinks he beat the user and in that instant the user which is still in the real world strikes back.(Sharingan not required but more effecient with Sharingan)
Demonic Illusion: Peace: This technique is casted by looking in the targets eye for less than a second creating an illusion of perfect harmony in the mind of the target which is followed by the target falling asleep.After the victim wakes up he only remembers falling asleep and nothing more.
(This technique requires the Sharingan to be perfomed and works only of shinobis of lower level as the user itself).
Demonic Illusion: Nightmare: Like the name suggests this illusion creates for every person a specific nightmare scenario or in other words it uses his or her fears against him or her but of course this technique only works really effeciently when the caster knows the target well enough.

The effects of all the Genjutsu vary from simple binding or stunning the enemy to let him collapse or in rare cases even kill.

Like every ninja he is constantly working on creating new jutsus or improve the ones he knows already.

History

Shion was born to one of the families of the Uchiha which are regarded as something akin to nobles.
This is due the fact that the members of his family tend to have a higher amount of the original uchiha blood then most of the other families of the village.
His family consists of him his parents an older brother and an older sister which are all high ranking members of special anbu divisions or leaders of those.
Due to being a noble he was more or less forced to become a shinobi and for that reason he was trained very harshly from the first moment he can even remember.
Even so he does not like to be a shinobi because of all the misery he has to cause he accepts it as his duty and tries his best to reduce casualities to a minimum be it of his own or his enemies side.
As soon as he get to know of the truth about his relatives in konoha he was almost immediantly ordered to take part in the act of revenge even so he himself has mixed feelings about the whole situation.
