Jutsu: Shock fist(little charge when punching), wind bullet, water bullet, double lightning(takes an enemy lightning Jutsu brings it to his stomach then sends it off from his hand with a little more chakra in the Jutsu then before),lightning blast, lightning web(shoots a web of lightning to hit multiple targets at once), and Tempest releases, he can shot it from his mouth, launch it from his hands or feet, and use it to create pressure under his feet in order to walk on air.
